My experience with Gravity hair salon is Amazing. I was looking for a new salon and i found the best hair experience I have ever had. I have very curly hair and know this can be a challenge for some stylists. But not for Joe. I was extremely impressed with his curly hair knowledge and booked an appointment for a style.. that went incredibly well so I quickly booked an appointment for color. My color has never looked more natural and my hair did not go into “shock” after Joe did the color application… it was healthy. Next I booked a curly haircut with Joe. I was overwhelmed at how beautiful my curls are and how much more curl definition and pattern they have. My hair has not looked this thick and full in years… Joe is amazing. Curly girls know how stressful hair services can be…let me reassure you Joe is fantastic and you will not leave with your hair too short, weird layers, or color problems. If you need a new hair stylist and have curly hair… go to Gravity and ask for Joe. You will Love your Curls!

I’ve been going to gravity since 2014, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience there. I’ve had my hair done by all but a few of the stylists there over the years and they have all been great. They listen, they’re friendly, they are good at what they do, and the scalp massage is 🤩 I had chemo in 2022 so I obviously didn’t get my hair done for a while, but the first time I was able to go in for a trim I was pretty self conscious of my appearance, and the stylist was so sweet and even though I had little to work with at the time she made me feel pretty again. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a new salon!

Went there for the first time, for an event that supports Wigs for Kids! Was very anxious about getting my hair cut short for the first time in 30 years! They were all wonderful! Made me feel at ease. Did a wonderful job on a style that fits me. Thank you for the wonderful new haircut!

Michele at gravity is hands down the best hair colorist and stylist I've ever had. She does a phenomenal job with my blonde hair, she keeps it light and bright enough for me while still making sure that it stays as healthy as possible to avoid and repair breakage. The front desk staff is also great. I always feel welcome every time I walk into the salon.

The best salon experience ever. Steph and Tory are both amazing. I have super dark hair that I got dyed blonde and Steph really listened to what I wanted and pulled it off perfectly! Highly recommended.

Katie is fantastic and does such a great job on my hair! She is kind, takes the time to make sure you like your hair and is so easy to talk to! The whole salon is so friendly and amazing!

I can't say enough about how outstanding Gravity Salon is. Kara has been cutting my hair for over 10 years now. She is great at what she does and a wonderful person as well. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and everyone goes out of their way to ensure you have a great visit. I can't recommend this place more.

I have been coming to Gravity Hair since I moved here in 2010. When I moved I was looking for a salon that was laid back and not pretentious, well I have found my home. My stylist is Lu Santoro, she always does a great job of keeping my "mane" looking perfect. While she always does a great job, I also admire her for her mentoring skills. I have seen at least two people promoted from washing hair to stylist under her leadership. I can't recommend this place enough.

I am so happy to have been a #GravityBride. I have been getting my hair cut/dyed by Kyme for a few years at their Ambler location, and decided to go with them for my wedding hairstyle as well. The pricing for our hair was average for what I found in my research, and the atmosphere was super nice and relaxing. I also want to comment on how wonderful they were to make a last minute adjustment to the number of people coming to get their hair styled. They really helped to make a frustrating situation easier. We booked the upstairs bridal room at their Plymouth Meeting location, and though some of my girls had to go downstairs to get their hair styled, it was so nice being in our own little space. Gravity even provided fruit and mimosas! They did my hair, as well as my bridal party and MIL, and everyone got exactly the hairstyle they wanted (and looked beautiful!) Specifically, my hair stylist Kyme, was awesome. (She always is!) She was so attentive to detail, a real perfectionist, and took great care to make sure my hair looked perfect (and wouldn’t budge the entire day). Additionally, my hubby got his hair cut by Katelyn at the Ambler location a few days before the wedding. They always do a great job when cutting his hair, but I was especially pleased with the cut Katelyn gave him, and it was so nice of her to stay late that day just to make sure he got the look he wanted.

After being repeatedly unhappy with the hair salon I was going to, I decided I needed a change. After scouring the Internet for local salons I kept going to back to Gravity. I finally sent a appointment request via the website (super convenient) and heard back very quickly! It was suggested I come in for a consultation before the appointment so everyone was on the same page! I loved that! I met with Kyme and the rest is history! Kyme got exactly what I wanted and worked her magic! From the cut to the color and highlights I have zero complaints! My hair looks AWESOME- FINALLY! I can't wait to go back! Gravity salon is a super friendly salon- highly recommended!

LOVED IT!! I went to their Plymouth Meeting location and I strongly recommend AMANDA!
I was there for my hair cut and soon as I stepped, I just loved the vibe there, everyone was SO friendly and greeted me with such great pleasure. Amanda then took me in for my hair cut and was so friendly, sweet and just very lively AND she gave me GREAT tips on my hair type and most importantly I had the BEST hair cut in years (Btw, I am VERY picky with my hair cuts and styling). She understands hair textures and know how to work with it, as my hair is dark black, thick and non-manageable frizzy and I did not want to take a lot of length off but still wanted a lot of layers with bounce (picky right?!!). To which she did an AMAZING job! I will be going back to get Balayage from her next week, I will try to take a picture after and post it here (no promises though :))
Oh and their prices are Very reasonable!!! My amazing hair cut with wash and blow dry costed me $35.00 (value for money, right?!!!)

Thus place is amazing! Everyone in here was so sweet! Bryan is incredible! Tyler also gives the best head massages while shampooing!!

Customer Service on POINT! I went in Tuesday to the Ambler location for a balayage - not really knowing what to expect because I’ve never actually gone to a salon to get my hair dyed. I printed photos and shared with my stylist Steph what I wanted done. She is truly an artist, painting my hair and paying close attention to detail. She even blew it out and curled it so I could see it styled😍. I was a little hesitant leaving because although it was beautifully done it didn’t look like what I had originally hoped for. She recommended I take a few days to play with it and see what I think, if I don’t love it she would have me come back and redo it to my liking. Sure enough a couple of days passed and I just wasn’t in love, so I made the call and came back in. Second time around Steph put just as much love and attention into every strand as she did the first time. I appreciated it so much! As she dried my hair for the second time around and curled it I could see the color I was hoping for! It’s amazing and I’m so excited to do my hair now! I will be coming back to gravity again! Thank you Steph!!! ❤

A friendly staff that was able to accommodate a guy who gets his hair cut once a year. Steph did an amazing job with basically no help from me. Will definitely be back when I need another hair cut.
