Marcel is the best!

A plumbing problem developed the Friday before Christmas, manifesting like so many lumps of coal in my stocking. It sucked and I was feeling very Grinchy!

I called Marcel to bail me out on the morning of December 26 and within a few hours he called back, saying he was sitting in my office lot.

He immediately went to work, such a jolly old elf - putting me at ease, cracking jokes and explaining all that he was doing to fix the situation.

Within an hour, Marcel Claus had solved my problem, coming through for me and brightening my holiday.

I enthusiastically endorse Marcel, he is hereafter my go-to for all my plumbing needs. I recommend you do the same.
