We bought our first Grandee Hot Springs tub from Snake River almost 20 years ago and have been happy customers since that time. While our spa is still going strong, we decided to downsize to a smaller unit. Our salesman had since retired, but we have been very fortunate to have been able to connect with Brandon in the Meridian store. He has been an excellent resource in helping us find just the right fit for our needs. He is truly a joy to work with, and very knowledgeable in all things “hot tub”. He has experience in both sales and service, and even though we’ve tried to stump him with our unending list of questions, he really knows his stuff. He made sure the installation was seamless, and he keeps in touch with us after the sale as well. We also really appreciate the pool side water care consultation that he set up for us with Erik. It was excellent, too. We love our new spa! I highly recommend the saltwater system for the Hot Springs spas. Brandon was right; once you get it set up, maintenance is a breeze. No matter who helps me, when I walk in the door at Snake River, the person knows what they're talking about and are attentive and informed. I'm so glad I bought my Hot Springs Spa from you folks. You're always there for me. I could have bought something at the fairgrounds....but I wanted to buy from Snake River because not only did I buy a hot tub, I bought confidence that if I need service on the hot tub, the technical expertise at SR is there to help get my hot tub back on line. After a month of ownership of my new hot tub, I’m extremely pleased with it and Brandon’s support. Prior to the sale I knew very little about ownership of one. I am a commercial property manager and I deal with vendors and service providers all day long. I had my electrician at my house working on my hot tub which kept tripping the breaker GFI. I called Snake River and even though they didn’t sell me the spa they were ready to help. I live in Ontario and asked if there was any way the tech could talk to my electrician since my electrician was here on-site. They got a tech to look at my pictures and were on the phone with me in minutes. This company is second to none to diagnose and take care of anyone big or small. Snake River helped me out of the goodness of their heart and these days that is hard to find. You will not go wrong with this company! This service was not a 5 but more like a 10. Thank you Snake River for the best service I have had in a long time! You have an amazing team and I hope I don’t need you but you will be my first call when problems arise! Thank you!

We have been loyal customers of Snake River Pool and Spa as well as a friend of the owner, Jim Paxton for over 40 years. We have owned several Hot Springs Spas at different homes in the Magic and Treasure Valley dating back to the late 70's and would not even consider another brand or spa company.
Having witnessed many companies in the pool and spa business come and go over the years, SRPS has grown expeditiously over the years by taking care of their valued customers. Their employees are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and most have been with SRPS for 30 to 40 years.

Snake River sauna was so easy to work with, beautiful show room, and a terrific salesman in Travis Johnson. The product is very well-made!

I have purchased 2 hot tubs from Snake River Pool and Spa. The first one was in 2013 and refurbished, it ran perfectly for 10 years. I recently stopped by to buy some chemicals and a new filter... I left knowing I had just "accidently" found our second hot tub from them with help from Travis! My husband and I went back that evening to have a quick soak to "test it out" and purchased it.

Our 2013 refurbished tub was given to a family friend still in nearly perfect condition, I think that speaks volumes to the quality of the hot tubs they sell.

The delivery/installation went smoothly, they recommended a great electrician (R & K), and the delivery guys moved the tub inch by inch over and over until it was in the perfect spot.

Since our recent purchase (03/2023) the entire staff has been helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. Hot Tub Johnny has been following up with us to make sure we are happy with our new tub and answering questions.

I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a hot tub!

Over the winter we purchased our first hot tub. Jim was excellent to work with and very patient with us. We spent a few weeks looking at spas, testing them out and going back and forth on which one we wanted. We had an issue with our new pad being poured and it had to be redone. As such our spa couldn’t be delivered when it arrived and they stored it until we got everything resolved. The set up consult was thorough as well as the later follow up was great. Would definitely buy from Snake River again and specifically Jim.

I have always been treated like a human who’s a customer for my brother’s spas purchased from Snake River Pool and Spa. On Friday, September 15, 2023, I was in McCall following directions given by Amber from the Boise store to drain and refill the saltwater spa. I ran into a problem called Amber, and the first problem was solved. I was almost at the finish line, didn't have enough spa salt, and called Amber to see what possible solutions. I reached the pool and spa place in McCall and got terrible advice. I called Amber again and was at lunch, but she called back and solved my issue by being able to deliver what I needed tomorrow. and they will also take a water sample to get tested while I'm still up here. I was in the market for a small spa and chose to go with Snake River Pool and Spa. Best service! They helped me choose the spa that was right for me. I ended up with a 2 seat spa. LOVE IT! The complete process was very smooth. They handled everything including the electrical I needed. Fully explained everything and their follow up was great. The company really cares about their customers and their product.

I was hesitant to purchase a spa that was a little more expensive than what I was seeing online but my salesperson Cody assured me the service that comes after purchase is where the value lies. This being my first hot tub I have had a lot to learn after it got delivered. It’s been 3 months and I am still able to ask the team questions and I get all my supplies at a 10% discount. I highly recommend this business and think you will be happy with them too!
