Holiday Inn Boise Airport, an IHG Hotel

I have used this location’s event space twice now, once for a wedding rehearsal dinner and once for a baby shower.

Both times the space, food, and staff were absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel for all event functions.

We stay here every other week. Staff is friendly and fun to visit with. The hotel itself definitely could use an update but is always clean. I cannot remember everyone’s name but Chuck, Tony, and Jenna all stand out. Keep it up!

I stayed at this hotel as a chaperone of four teens attending a cross country race. We arrived after 930 pm and I noticed the professionalism and competence of the night manager, Celeste. She was training someone new and was very patient as she taught the new employee what to do. She worked tirelessly to make our rooms comfortable, even personally bringing extra pillows to our rooms. All throughout she was incredibly pleasant, polite and professional. I noticed the woman in charge of the breakfast buffet exhibited the same great customer service and pleasant attitude.

The staff treated us so well. The food did take a bit, but we had a very large group, so all is forgiven

Price for what we got was fantasticle! I was very happy with our experience at holiday inn on elder st (not to be confused with the holiday inn Express, one building over) especially after a rough start to our trip. It was nice to walk into a nice comfortable room.

Spent the night here before flying out the next morning, and no complaints, great stay.

The room was wide, spacious and comfortable. The beds were clean and soft, the furnishings were modern and in good condition. There were plenty of outlets too. The bathroom was in good condition and clean too.

The check-in was efficient and easy, with friendly front desk staff. The breakfast was good, but I probably wouldn’t suggest unless you’ve gotten a coupon. Check out was also easy and efficient.

Location was great, took just a few minutes to get to the airport, and there was an easily accessed gas station to get the rental car topped up before dropping it off.

Only downsides were the Wi-Fi wasn’t the best, and the floors were…strange. They felt uneven throughout the 4th floor and the room, almost like I was still hiking in the back country. It wasn’t the worst thing, just…strange.

Road warrior here and in Boise about 6 times a year. Hard to find hotel with easy parking, friendly staff and close to airport for early flights. This is the one and cannot spend enough words highlighting the friendly staff. Close to the airport and businesses with a free shuttle. Everything I need is here and after travelling so much I don't care anymore about fancy Furnitures but a warming hotel that knows how to treat customers well. My only regret? I haven't stayed here in the past and wasted my time and money somewhere else.

Don't be scared to stay this close to the airport. This place is pretty quiet. Set your alarm because these blackout curtains are the best we've ever had at a hotel and help you get a great night's sleep!

This is a nice motel it was very clean and well kept. They have a nice shuttle that starts early in the morning to the airport which is very helpful. The front desk help is kind and helpful answers questions well. Their breakfast doesn't start at 4:00 in the morning so that's kind of sad because if you have an early flight you can't get breakfast. There is a wonderful pool outdoors that is great for the family. The doors do face the outside. And it is next to the freeway. I didn't hear a lot of freeway noise but there is a little bit if that if noise bothers you. The blackout curtains made it easy to go to sleep early so that I could get up and catch my flight. I would stay at this motel again if I needed to.

Just a great place to stay. It started with the staff, they were amazing. It shows a lot when today it seems so hard to find food service. The rooms are great, very clean and much larger then you would expect for the price. I would recommend

Really nice hotel. The beds are comfy, the pillows were fluffy but not too soft, and the bathroom is really nice and even had a shaving mirror. It was a quick in and out, so I didn't get to use any of the other amenities. Staff were very kind.

We stayed back in February 2018. The staff was friendly and served everyone at breakfast as if it was a restaurant. Front desk was great also. The pool was nice and a great place for the family to share some memories. Our room was so comfortable and there were extra pillows! I loved the nice bathroom with upgraded modern sink, fridge and microwave included with our room - so convenient when you have a little one! The housekeepers were helpful and friendly. Entire hotel was clean and lovely. Thank you Holiday Inn for making this a great stay!

It was AMAZING!! The room had so much space, with a separate couch area to watch TV. Additional TV in the bedroom with the king size bed. Very clean. Bathroom was very nice and updated. The bed was super comfortable with great pillows. I slept like a dream! Will definitely return! The ONLY downside is the free breakfast isn't actually free... you have to pay for the breakfast as an add-on.

Excellent stop on our cross-country drive. The friendly and professional staff was very welcoming to us and our doggies. Both the lobby and our room were very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. There is a great pool area and a generous breakfast. This is a very fine hotel - we definitely recommend it!

1st if you stay there in the summer don't get a room on the west with west facing windows it will be 1am before your room will cool down. Everything else is great.. Pam in the Resturaunt is great.. dinner is great the breakfast is so so

Staff here is so welcoming and friendly. Beautiful lobby area. The hotel lighting creates an ambience that makes you feel welcomed and at home. The same can be said about the incredible desk and kitchen staff. Absolutely wonderful stay. 10/10 will recommend!

Well, I can't tell you exactly what I was expecting for the $91 I paid to stay here, but when I stepped in the door I was absolutely shocked at how nice this place was for the money. The room was absolutely huge and would easily fit five adults comfortably. I had two adults and 4 children and it worked out just fine. The pool area is very nice...nothing looks run down here. Maybe this is just because I was on the first floor, but the ceilings in my room appeared to be 10+ feet. I'm a big dude, and the higher ceilings really help me feel less closed in.

Technically this hotel clearly isn't at the airport. It's on the other side of the highway, right on Vista Street. From this location you can get to the highway or into the heart of downtown Boise very easily. So I've really enjoyed my stay here, and I can highly recommend this place, if you can get it for under $100.

My stay was a touch bumpy to start. Cleaning activities were impacted to control the spread of COVID-19, but management worked with me to create a routine that fit my schedule. Thank you cleaning, support, and management staff for being flexible.

My suite had one king bed, a hide-a-bed and there were three basic areas in the living space; bar area with a microwave, refrigerator and ice bucket. Work area with desk, desk chair, TV, hide-a-bed, and a reading chair. The bedroom has frosty glass sliders between the bedroom and work area. Nice setup!

At JOAT, we know cleaning and the cleaning staff at this hotel is exceptional! Fast, friendly, and hardworking. Thank you for your hospitality...

the hotel was very busy the night before I checked in so some rooms werent ready for an early check in. Richard (some level of management) was wonderful. He made sure I was comfortable, luggage secure and let me know about hotel amenities. My room was ready in no time. Large QUIET room, very clean and best of all comfortable bed. I will be returning

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was great. I really appreciate the pull down blinds. The staff were very nice. WIFI was good. 12PM check out standard. Built in restaurant and Bar. Area around the hotel felt safe. An Applebee's in the same parking lot. This place deserves an extra star. 6/5
