Sweet Briar Cafe and Ice Cream

First time here, and did not disappoint! Waitress was very nice and friendly! Food was served quickly! Breakfast omelet special - beef tip omelet with fried onions and cheese - with home fries and rye bread! Delicious! Also has ice cream! Can't wait to go back!

Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection! Server was friendly and attentive and happy to take some special requests for our meal. Even though they were busy we didn't feel rushed.

It was our first time here and I couldn't decide on breakfast or lunch. I got the breakfast burger (ham and a fried egg). Burger was perfectly medium rare throughout. Egg yolk was properly runny and I could spread it around. Ham is actual ham and not some lunch meat. Bun wasn't your typical flavorless burger bun - it had great flavor and texture.

Iced coffee turned out to be a can of cold brew with a cup of ice. Best cold brew I've had in a while (better than Starbucks or Dunkin for sure).

My girlfriend got the soup of the day, which was creamy ham, potato, and fennel. I tried some and it was great and tasted like homemade. Her eggs Benedict was spot on - lately it seems nobody can poach eggs and leave the yolk runny. These were just right and the rest was made well.

I even got a pancake to start and it was the only pancake I've eaten at a restaurant that I've liked in a decade. The pancake had just the right amount of chewiness - not that terrible crumbly thing that other places serve. Texture is important!

Finally, I got a milkshake to go. Cookies and cream with extra cookie topping. Just the right amount of everything.

Essentially, they don't try to make things overly fancy or gimmicky. They make nice food and they make it right. Better quality ingredients than a local diner and they know how to cook food to order. Nice ingredients cooked to perfection!

We're planning to come back for one of the tasting dinners. Brunch for sure again when we're in the area (we live about 30 minutes away and came here by chance).

I went here to a Tasting with a friend. They have Tastings the beginning of each month, one day during the week. It is a 4 course meal for a reasonable price. You can also BYOB. The food was awesome. The menu was creative. I'm going back next month.

We LOVE sweet briar. We get breakfast there every Saturday and get most of their special meal offerings also. Best prime rib ever!!!

They not only dropped everything off at my home in Sellersville, PA and set everything up. It was delicious and they were beyond nice, helpful & professional.

My husband and I both had the Tuesday cheeseburger and milkshake this evening. Perfectly done burger 🍔 with a delicious chocolate. It’s has a small town atmosphere that I love. 5 stars for that.

My boyfriend and I love eating here! The food is always delicious. They have a small outdoor and indoor seating area but it’s cozy! You don’t feel crowded. The servers are always friendly. Their ice cream is great according to my friends! I usually have water ice because try to stay away from dairy- doesn’t always happen but I try!

Great food from a great place! Highly recommend! The Lindenwold is my go to breakfast order. Aside from the awesome food, the staff is always friendly, professional, and courteous. Even when they’re super busy they get you taken care of quickly and efficiently through the pressure. Can’t say enough good things about Sweet Briar and their staff. Especially the manager, Scott! He goes above and beyond!

We're from out-of-state, and local friends suggested meeting here. Delicious food! Small interior, but helpful staff.

We were babysitting grandsons and our daughter recommended we go here to kill a block of time - eat a leisurely lunch and then get ice cream before heading back to the house. Really glad she suggested it! We all enjoyed our sandwiches and we sampled the ice cream, the Italian water ice, and a root beer float. Four thumbs up! I had been craving a Patty Melt for a long time now but afraid to try something like that without a recommendation. When I saw that they had high ratings for their burgers, I decided to give it a try. It was exactly what I was craving. Bonus points for asking me how I wanted it cooked, and then cooking it to that doneness perfectly. Not always easy to do with a grilled sandwich. Would love to go again.

Not a fancy place but something like you’d see on Diners Drive ins and Dives. Sweet Briar is our family’s favorite breakfast place. Super omelettes, home fries and pancakes. Always fast, friendly service and every single bite is good! Also don’t miss the Tasting Menu the 1st Tuesday of the month - they are the best. So creative and delicious!! Great value as well.

This is a great cafe. The food was really tasty and everyone including the staff and patrons were very friendly. Expect to have others in your conversation, this is the type of atmosphere. We enjoyed it very much!

This is a tiny place, but it has really found its crowd. It's our Go-To place for a simple lunch or breakfast.. A big plus is they have a good variety of ice cream. You can eat in or on their patio too.
