Yesterday I had the pleasure of buying a new car with the folks over at Montgomeryville Nissan. This experience should be a fun and exciting time and they did that AND MORE!!!!!!!!! This is my second car from them and I will continue to go back every time I need to make a car purchase.

Sydney went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the whole time, understood EVERYTHING about the car inside and out, the test drive was amazing and informative and I could not be any happier with my purchase. She also checked on me after the purchase and told me to keep in touch with any questions/concerns/ just wanted to chat. This is beyond 5 star experience!!!

Out with the old- 2015 Nissan Sentra, in with the NEW 2023 NISSAN ROGUE!!!!!!

If you're tip toeing around making the decision to go buy, lease, whatever it is that might be stopping you just get over to the dealership and you will not regret it.

My wife and I had one of, if not the BEST car buying/leasing experiences today at Montgomeryville Nissan. We were greeted at the door by Tracy who was very low key in offering her assistance but was ready to help us. Tracy literally made us feel like old friends and created a comfortable sales environment.

After listening to our vehicle of interest, she was off and running! Literally to keys to all 3 trim levels of the Nissan Rougue.

Tracy explained in detail the difference between the 3, how various options worked and never once tried to push us in any direction. She knew when to give us a few minutes and asked questions to our needs in a very non-imposing way.

Long story short, we leased a new 2023 Rougue and we had a full education on the vehicle from engine and horsepower to pairing my wife's phone and setting her Sirius XM stations with her.

Its obvious Tracy loves what she does and her vehicle knowledge was almost as impressive as her people skills. If Tracy is representative of the rest of the sales team here, then you must visit before buying your next vehicle.

The finance process was easy, the door was open for reasonable negotiation and signing of paperwork was quick and easy.

Just to wrap it all up, we took possession of our new vehicle , fresh from a wash and detail, indoors in thier " delivery area"

I had so many questions to choose the ideal vehicle as I was not familiar with Nissan. Sydney, the salesperson, was extremely patient to answer my questions. When I tested drive the vehicle, I heard an unusual sound. Within the next day, she immediately fixed it and let me know what the problem was. She was also helpful in discussing financing a vehicle. I was at ease to choose the model I wanted after going through a few options. I appreciate her efforts :)

I've been a mechanic for 23 years and are hesitant to have anyone else work on my vehicle. Montgomeryville Nissan made me feel more comfortable about this. Car was done sooner than expected and my service advisor was excellent. Thank you to the technician also a lot of times the technician is not recognized . Also want to thank Nissan Corporation for standing behind their product and fixing my car that was way out of warranty.

Amazing dealership! A very friendly atmosphere and a wonderful place to do business. The sales manager, Jeffrey Haze went up and above to make my wife and I extremely happy with our new purchase! We definitely will be back to get another new car in the future. Rest assured, you can put your faith and trust in this dealership. They really make you feel like part of the family.

Sydney was so quick, efficient and took the time to listen to all my wants and needs for the purchase of my 2020 Nissan Sentra. The car is beautiful was washed and completely detailed ready for me to drive home. Matt who took care of my financial needs for my car answered every question and had all paperwork ready and organized. The service manager and team who took care of a very minimal issue handled this quickly with no added stress at all. Car was again washed for me and my issue was solved in a blink of an eye! Spoke to Christopher Costa whom was my service advisor and scheduled an appointment with him. He had an appointment on the day that I requested and was able to get my vehicle serviced. I have worked in the automotive industry and it’s a pleasure to work with an advisor that has customers best interest in mind.

This was the first time we brought a car to Montgomeryville Nissan, and we are very satisfied with the service. Enjoyed the clear and timely communication. A plus was the ability for night drop, and the very convenient shuttle to pick the car up. We will be back!

I just bought a car at Montgomeryville Nissan and my experience was fantastic! I despise car shopping and had been at it for about a week when I found a used Acura I wanted to look at at this dealership. I didn’t end up liking it, but the sales guy who helped me was awesome at his job and very friendly and I ended up buying a different car there anyway. The sale was flawless, relatively quick, and so easy. I didn’t feel taken advantage of like a lot of places will do. They even gave me a decent amount for my trade. Nick was my sales guy and I highly recommend him if you’re in the market for a new or used car!

no major issues. i think the text message system is a bit flawed. it was saying i missed my appointment when i had not. 8am appointment no updates all day i called 3pm still had no news for me called me at 4pm with update just felt forgotten about. otherwise pick up process was pretty seamless and vehicle was cleaned.

Leased my third Rogue from Tracy Flaherty, as always, easy experience and friendly staff.

I completed an online service appointment with an easy to use process. The appointment was for regular maintenance oil change and tire rotation. I also needed the air conditioner checked out for a possible problem. All requested service was completed including a multi-point inspection which helped me plan for future maintenance tasks. This was as excellent experience.

Went in for an oil change and the found that the brake fluid needed to be flushed/changed. Since I was heading on a road trip to visit family (900 miles away), I appreciated that 10-point check.

Sydney Kajmo was really helpful and able to help me make sure that I will be able to finance my rogue I have gotten. She even called or txt me for few days to make sure that things were alrite with the vehicle. She is so thoughtful to make sure if things are ok.

I always leave the Montgomeryville Nissan Service center very satisfied. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. They always explain any work necessary, thoroughly review their recommendations or go above and beyond to make you aware of anything they’ve spotted that may be necessary during future maintenance so you can pre-plan for it and not be surprised. They are the only dealership owned service center I have ever found that provides you with the same level of care as a privately owned shop.

I had great customer service working with Spencer & Manager Pete! However I did not purchase the car from them. They were fantastic in holding vehicle until I was able to make trip to dealership. Spencer answered all my questions throughly. Now that’s great customer service!

Sydney in sales was amazing! She was so helpful and knew so much about everything! When I’m ready to get another new car I will go see her again!

I came to Mongtomerville Nissan on a whim, I saw a car online & kind of fell in love with it. Sydney met us at the door & was the sweetest & most helpful from that second on. She was able to help me get into that same car, and could sense when I was getting a little overwhelmed and anxious during the finance process, I have the worst anxiety, but she reassured me & helped me through it & we got the deal done. I didn’t feel pressured or hassled at any point of the process & that was a BIG difference from other experiences I’ve had at dealerships. People just want the sale, they don’t really care about much else, but I could feel that Sydney genuinely wanted me to be happy and content & I am thanks to her & so is my son & he’s the biggest critic out there 😩. I couldn’t have had an easier & less painful experience, I appreciate all that’s she’s done & even still making sure that everything is 100% okay with my new purchase. That girl’s a true gem!
