Target

Had to pick up two household items today and popped into Target. The store is always immaculate! I love exploring all departments. You never know what may catch your eye. I am always able to obtain the items on my list and find some fun items for my home, my granddaughter and for my reading pleasure! Always a fun trip. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Nice clean and organized. Friendly staff. Seems to have a bit more of a selection than my closest target. Yay I found what I came for.

This Target is great. The store is well-organized and clean, and the staff members are so sweet… especially Robin. She is awesome!

I have had many issues with my drive up orders having the incorrect items in it and some issues getting the correct ones to fix the order. However, when I brought this to the front end manager, Mandy’s, attention she was incredible. She made sure she fixed the issues and was so kind. Her and Becca really went out of their way to make it right and provide great customer service. Thank you!

Listen, if you want to buy something from Target, then you go to Target and buy it. They make it really easy to complete transactions. For example, if you brought some money with you, all you need to do to get some sweet new products is the following: 1) walk around the store noting everything that catches your eye, 2) once you’ve made your choices, pick it/them up and it/take them to a checkout line, 3) now here it gets a little tricky...you have to choose a line to get into. As you may know, if you pick the wrong line, you may have to wait quite a while here, so choose wisely, 4) once you get to the checkout person, they will ring up all your items and tell you how much you have to pay, 5) (we’re on the home stretch now!) pull some money out and hand it over. That’s all there is to it! Now all that’s left to do is to take your new goods home with you. Happy shopping!!!

I was looking for items in the hair products department and another associate was passing by. I asked him about items and told me the associate from that area was not there but he helped me look up a few items to see if they were available. He was so helptul

Drive up!!! We love drive up. And our local target is always a quick service… unless I go in and wander. And I wander for my sanity. Target is my zen.

Just wanted to say thank you to team lead Mandie.... amazing customer service when target 1800 customer service and a manager previously during the day sent me away for a return that clearly falls under the extended holiday police. She went out of her way to help us and was so polite during the whole process. Had it not been for her I would have been very turned off by ever shopping at target again. Thank you Mandie!!!

Store is always clean and employees are professional and helpful. Had an especially great experience today at the Pizza Hut. My kids devoured our order and we were in need of another order of breadsticks. The manager with glasses and black hair, interrupted his lunch to accommodate us!

I was shopping at Target today and I am very impressed with how well the store runs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was able to have my questions answered quickly.

It's the little things that make my heart smile! While checking out, the system was having trouble accepting the formula coupons that my sister had. Peggy stepped in and helped my sister to make sure the coupons were accepted. Thank you so much, Peggy!

The pickup process was seamless. When I first got to the store, the parking lot was packed so I was worried I'd have to spend a long time waiting. When I got to the online pickup line, they had like 3 or 4 employees helping out. The gentleman that helped me was super polite and friendly. He got my order number, got my order, and gave me some valuable order information. His customer service skills were above and beyond what I expected. Great job employing him!!!

I wanted to pass along a positive shopping experience I had today. The toaster oven I was looking for was not on the shelf. The first employee I asked was busy and she brushed me off continuing to work. I spotted Justin in the next aisle and he couldn't have been nicer and dropped what he was doing to help. He scanned the tag and said there was one in back and he would grab it. It sounds simple but it's a challenge to get anyone to help you in some stores. I appreciated the positive attitude and professional manner!!

I would say 80% of my clothes are from Target. They are quality, and not paper thin like other stores! I know that the clothes will fit me and look good. The clothes are always latest in fashion, and changing their clothes often means there's also more clearance to shop to save money! Also, as someone who loves board games, Target has the latest and greatest board games as well. Now I don't always have to order everything online!

I was able to find everything I needed quickly! And of course a few things I didn't need LOL. But the biggest impression was left when I was in the fitting room having something that didn't fit correctly and an employee offered to go get a different size for me so I could remain in the comfort of the fitting room. It was amazing to get that kind of service at this target I will definitely be back!
