Harbor Freight Tools

I can't go in this place without buying something. It's a tool candy store. Not the highest quality stuff but most jobs don't require a Snap-On. I would rather own a bunch of tools and have the right one rather than own one really good wrong tool.

I absolutely love this place! If you are a DIYer like me then you will love this place too. They have every tool, gadget, indoor, outdoor , security camera, solar powered lighting, organizing, gardening, automotive, crafting, woodworking, soldering
you could ask for and their prices are so good! They also have a membership sign up that saves you more money. That is a 1 year or 2 year sign up for an extra $20 or so (sorry I forget the exact amount I paid) But all that doesn't compare to their employees. They are so nice and welcoming. Always smiling and always willing to answer any question I have. They don't just ring me up when I'm ready to check out and look at me like I'm just a customer. They treat me like I'm a guest or a friend. I literally could talk to these gals for hours. They are the prime example of great customer service. For those of you that work in customer service, retail... whatever.....go to Harbor Freight in MONTGOMERYVILLE....and take notes because this is why I and many others go back to a store. Even if a store had the cheapest product high end or whatever, if their employees suck, believe me....I will not spend my hard earned money in that establishment. We have got to get this country back to the land of the beautiful. We have got to treat each other like the gifts of God that we are. Be kind to one another...say hello to a passer-by, make eye contact and smile when someone crosses your path. Wish people well, compliment a random stranger. These past years have taken a toll on every single one of us. We have degraded to stand off ish, paranoid, rude and selfish. Making fun of people, body shaming and bullying is no bueno. We all need to stop this nonsense and Come together, Unite, spread peace and love to all those we meet...

My husband visits here often since he replenishes certain air tools that his job uses. The workers are always helpful when we can't find what we are looking for or if we need to exchange a defective item. We appreciate the kindness of the workers and will continue to use this store as our goto stop!

The best place to buy tools equipment and all other hardware that you might need Since Sears has closed and prices are good

Extremely affordable tools, even though they are all made in China, can easily be replace after their shorter life span!

Unfortunately, I went to Lowe's first and got such sticker shock I commented to the employee working in the aisle that the sump pump I came in to purchase was $219.00! Is that normal, I asked? He then gave me a non-insulting explanation of the features. Would you buy it, I asked? No, he replied, I would go to Harbor Freight. So, I went.

I actually met another female friendly gentleman, 2 in one day! Bought the pump, total cost, roughly $68+change. Was DEFINITELY worth the trip.

Love their price on tools. Great for weekend warrior.

Stumbled upon Harbor Freight a while ago while searching for hand tools. Great store. The staff is always helpful and accommodating. I like it!

I was twice in the store this week. The staff is great. I needed help finding a shower grab bar. I could not find the item. I went over to a sales associate on the floor who was packing out merchandise. He stopped what he was doing and walked me to the item. I returned the next day and was looking for either a strong box or safe container. A different associate was on the sales floor, also stopped what he was doing and walked me to the item. Turned out I purchased a tool box case which he also walked me to. I’m a retired retail store manager. The management of this location knows what if takes to run a store.the sore is always neat , clean and organized, as well as customers being greeted as they walk in.

Great place to buy tools. Prices are significantly cheaper than the big orange and blue competitors.

This store is great. It's got almost every you would need. I was able to get all the things I need for my new work shop. I am able to get all the tools I need and more. Better selection than most of the big box stores and half the cost

I haven't been there at least in 10 yrs. And thus time my haw drops to the floor. Very nice, clean, well organized store. And definitely the quality of the are are better than 10 years ago. I grab more than what I was looking for. Very pleased. Unbeatable prices whatsoever.

Pleasurable shopping experience. Found my new go to HARBOR FREIGHT.

I was there 6/13 , signed up for discount program while shopping to save time at register however account creation is not immediate.
The young ladies at the register went above and beyond to help me get the discounted prices.
Also the young man putting away stock was very helpful and polite as well ! I highly recommend this location .

This place is awesome. Well stocked. Employees were friendly and helpful. Found everything I needed at a great price. Picked up bunch of extra tools that I’ve needed for a while.

Nice, well stocked store and very helpful staff. Easy to find items at good prices. Just no veteran or 1st responders discount. Beth said the stores are consistent and laid out the same no matter which one you visit. Beth enjoys shopping at harbor freight locations.

Decent tools at great price. Terrific for DIY but probably not what I'd buy if I was starting a career with tools.

Staff is great. Enjoy going so much I have to remind myself I don’t actually work there. Great deals as well. I have the insider membership and it helps me save almost every time.
