Raymour & Flanigan, quality products you can trust. This will be my second sofa purchase in 10 years, I still love my first set, but its been moved to the family room, and its a new sofa for my living room. Its an odd size space so I really needed a specific configuration. I found it here. I looked at Macy's and found one similar, but the fabric, quality and price were much better here. Steve our salesperson was easy, friendly and helpful. We settled on a sectional with a right arm chaise in the oatmeal fabric, that is pet friendly. I recommend to do a walk through a Raymour Flanigan Store before committing to any furniture purchase, for the quality, selection and price! I picked the Grady model, but I liked the extended chaise on the other model, no problem, Grady has the same! It all worked out perfectly.

We went in to buy bedroom furniture for our 6 year old and 2 year old granddaughters. We had done our research ahead of time, so we knew the style and pieces we wanted. Steve greeted us at the door and took us to the area where the furniture was on display. After some questions, measurements and suggestions, all handled efficiently and professionally by Steve, we made the purchase. Very smooth transaction and even was able to negotiate a slight discount!

My current mattress is 22 years old and it was time to replace it, but the choices online were so confusing. Rita spent more than an hour with me helping me select the best mattress for me. I was neither rushed not pressured. I am very happy with the selection I made. And the price was right.

I actually came in a few weeks prior to my purchase of a new bed, mattress with base, and sheets and was immediately greeted by Patrick K who took the time to find out what I was looking for and showed me around. He then mentioned about a sale coming up as well. Well, I came back and he was there to again show me around and was very patient as I was being Goldilocks finding the right mattress again. He catered my mom and I the whole time making me feel assured that I was taken care of during my purchase. The place was laid out nicely and everyone there was friendly. We had an EXCELLENT experience purchasing a comfortable and beautiful motorized recliner with the help of Super Salesman Dave and his Delivery Engineers Manuel and Eric. R&F has a great selection of recliners and Dave was very knowledgeable about each one. It was hard to choose ! But we are very happy with our choice and it was delivered exactly at the promised time. And it looks terrific in the corner in our office ! Thank You Team R&F !

Amy was so knowledgeable, helpful and really new her furniture literally inside and out. She even showed me the construction of the couch I liked and also the pillows. She was able to take what I told her I was looking for and found just the right inventory, and didn't try to show me anything she knew I would not be interested in. Super helpful in helping figure out what to do with the old furniture too.

E were looking for a gray recliner. Rich kindly welcomed us as we entered the store. He was very professional and kind. He helped us find the perfect chair. It truly was a pleasure doing business with him and I will recommend him to family and friends.

Anthony took care of me during my trip in the store. He was very helpful to my wife and I with answering all of our questions and helping us brainstorm the best furniture for our living room. He was patient and gave us our space as well which is important in this type of purchase.

Looking for child's bedroom furniture and saw several nice units at various stores. The unit we purchased came from Raymour and Flanigan and why we chose them was because of the fantastic customer service we received from Michele at their Montgomeryville Pa store. We couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, professional and personable experience.

Once again, Sherry Toro provided outstanding service. I had placed an order for a credenza based on the website photo. She encouraged me to see it in person since it had a metallic paint which was not so evident in the photo. Turns out I really loved it but I was grateful to have not been surprised by the look. She is warm and friendly but not pushy. And an extra bonus is that the credenza will be delivered this week!

My sales person was excellent and very helpful. What I didn’t like was that I price shopped and found same furniture for less. Then raymour did match it. But then wanted to charge $250 delivery charge. Other stores were free or $50 if out of their mile range. Raymour dropped that fee too. If I had to do all that work I could have just bought elsewhere.. Same furniture. But I liked my sales person so I stuck with it. Maybe would not have had it not been because of her. If you can offer furniture for less just do it. And $250 for delivery? That’s robbery any way you look at it.

My younger daughter was in need of a new bedroom set and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Our sales associate, Michele Arnholt was amazing. She asked my daughter questions to understand what she was looking for and really took her time finding exactly what she wanted. Delivery was fast and excellent. I will use them again!
