JB Roofing provided a quote to the sellers during the home negotiation process of our recent purchase. We called the company about two weeks before closing to ensure they would honor the quote. Not only would they honor the quote, they were able to get us onto the schedule shortly after closing to replace the roof. Evan was very responsive and brought out several samples for us to view, in addition to the ones we had asked for. Erin in the front office was a delight to work with. Overall JB roofing was very communicative through the whole process. On the day of installation the project I couldn’t be on site, so the manager on site, Doug, gave us a call to let me know he was on site and work was underway. Throughout the whole day, he provided photos and progress updates to keep me in the loop. Even when items came up during the process, Evan or Doug called and walked me through the implications of what they found and what the solution would be. Evan even provided insight into some of the concerns about the roof the prior owner had - something he didn’t have to do, but did anyway which we appreciated as it impacted decisions we needed to make. Overall I’m extremely happy with JB Roofing and would definitely use them again in the future.

The team at JB Roofing Systems, LLC did a fantastic job helping us with our roof replacement. From obtaining a quote, scheduling, and the actual replacement, all team members we worked with were professional and knowledgeable. JB Roofing obtained the necessary permit on our behalf, notified our neighbors of the replacement (townhomes), and also ensured the materials used complied with our HOA requirements.

The team performing the replacement worked fast and finished our replacement in less than one day (small townhouse roof replacement). The final product looks great and the team cleaned up after they were finished.

I am extremely impressed with JB Roofing. My roof is new construction, only 5 years old but developed a leak around the base of the vents. Drone photos by Evan showed the rusted nails and the leak under the collars. They repaired within 3 days and sent me updated photos showing the new colllars and caulking. I would highly recommend this Company for repairs. Very impressed with their customer service and promptness.

The workers came on time, worked very hard from early in the morning through dark . They clean everything after their work done.

The estimation process was no pressure, and very fair. Evan was absolutely fantastic to talk to and pointed out a few things on my roof that other roofing contractors hadn’t noticed when quoting. The installation process went smoothly and with good communications - Doug is definitely experienced and easy to talk to, and Erin from the office text messaged to keep me up to date on what was happening and when. I’m very happy with the new roof, no hidden costs or surprises vs. the estimate. JB did some nice clean up around the chimneys that make the roof look really good. JB also impressed me by doing a few small but important side jobs that make the vinyl siding look a bit better at the same time.
