The receptionist was friendly and upbeat. The dental assistant and dentist chatted with me so the I relaxed prior to the procedure. The dentist took extra care with the permanent cap, recommending no anesthetic. At one point she warned me about possible discomfort. Yes there was some but not worth the needles and numbness of an anesthetic. I am very happy with the whole cap process. They were really nice visits. Highly recommended.,

The dental staff here are absolutely terrific. I have never had a positive experience before like I do at their office. They are extremely thorough in their care, and very explanative during the whole process. Also the ease of scheduling was great. I was placed on a wait list & had my appointment offered to me within a day or two of that. Despite the longer drive I will continue to go to Brookwood.

I called as a first time patient today and was able to speak to Kenia; she was so patient and kind and gathering all my information. I also shared that I have a slight fear of dentistry due to past experiences, and she was very reassuring. I also had the opportunity to speak to Nichole, the office manager because I wanted to pass on the compliment. She was also incredibly personable and professional. I can tell I'm going to be in good hands at this office and I really look forward to meeting Dr. Cynthia Hou for my first appt in March!

Dr. Biron is a kind, wonderful oral surgeon! He is literally the best in the area. He took great care of me and his team, Amy, Chrissy and Shreya made sure that my extractions were painless and efficient.

I’ve been going to Brookwood for 15 years now. The dentists are amazing! I love Dr. Salik! I saw him for an emergency visit and he is professional, kind, caring and friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Another very pleasant visit at Brookwood Dental Associates! The receptionist was very friendly, greeted me with a smile and asked some brief questions, I was taken back for treatment 1-2 minutes before my scheduled appointment time by Brianna, my hygienist who, as expected was very thorough and gentle. She explained everything and reviewed my digital X-rays. The dentist Dr. Hornick was professional, friendly and did a quick exam, again reviewing my X-rays. Overall, a very positive experience. My only “criticism” is the treatment rooms could use a little facelift, spackle and paint in places, but that obviously did not affect the care I received or the 5-star rating. Would highly recommend this practice!

I have been going here for years mainly because of the old staff. (Dr. King). I would highly recommend the new staff too. I see Julie the hygienist and she is extremely diligent cleaning my teeth!!! I see Dr. Ardzinski and she is awesome!! Dr. A. Said I needed to get a tooth extracted but she recommended that I see their periodontist Dr. Choi. In hopes of possibly saving the tooth Dr. Choi suggested laser gum surgery (LANAP procedure) I went in for this procedure Jan. 3rd and was a little anxious, not knowing what to expect. Dr. Choi was amazing! She is a magician with a needle as I needed a lot of numbing and she made sure any pain was very minimal!! I would recommend her to anyone!!!!!!

Dr. Salik and his assistant were visibly very experienced, organized and worked well together. The procedure was > 1h long, but they made it all go well. I am happy with the result.

Dr. Michelle is such a joy. She sees my whole family, remembers what we talk about at appointments and she's downright hilarious. She has such a good rapport with her employees and I always feel that she's giving the best and most honest care. All dental hygienists I've had here (especially Tara) are so welcoming and friendly. 11/10 would HIGHLY recommend.

My family and I have been coming to Brookwood Dental for a few years now, and are extremely pleased with the experience. The receptionists are warm and friendly, and I never have to wait long. All of the dental hygienists make me feel comfortable, and make my teeth super clean. The dentists are professional and great at identifying issues. I would recommend this practice to anyone in the area.

Can anyone say they spent an hour in the dentist's chair laughing? Well that was my experience on Friday. Dr. Ardzinski is the absolute best. She does beautiful work and she is so funny. I was still laughing when I was driving home. What a pleasure!

Brookwood Dental looks amazing with all the new renovations! The staff welcomes you always with a smile. I am very nervous when going to a new dentist, but Dr. Ardzinski is very confident and professional, which makes me at ease. Donna, the manager, was so helpful with all the questions I had with my treatment plan and insurance. I can't wait till my friends and family enjoy the same great experience!

My first experience with Brookside Dental was exceptional! I first met DeeDee (Denise)
she was very personable as well as kind. I appreciated the fact that she explained the process of my visit in detail, she made me feel comfortable immediately. Definitely an asset to the practice and definitely the main reason I will continue my dental care at Brookside.
I also met Dr Salik-who was also very personable and kind, I appreciated that he complimented DeeDee in the way that he agreed with her initial evaluation of my dental needs. He went the extra mile to temporarily ensure my dental comfort by filling one of my “eye” teeth so I will not experience discomfort while I await my root canal. I’ve already convinced a co-worker to call Brookside for an appointment.
I also want to give a shout out to Kim-(I hope I remembered her name correctly) she called me as she promised to schedule my future appointments. She was kind and patient, she warmed my heart with her demeanor.

Dr A and Diane make a great team. Very friendly, thorough and fun. They made my visit very comfortable. Diane offered me a pillow and blanket. I was surprisingly relaxed.

I don't think that anyone actually "enjoys" their time at the dentist, but this place has GOT to be the closest it could possibly come. The staff was extremely friendly and personable, explained everything in a very understandable way and made sure my comfort came first. I never actually thought I would say the following sentence, but here it is: I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist for my next appointment. P.S. Julie rocks, and they all have really cute puppies.

First time at this dentist. Everyone was so nice and friendly! I found this dentist office just by passing it everyday on my way to work. When the dentist came in after my teeth were cleaned by a great hygienist, she looked at my X-rays very carefully that no other dentists seen before or that were willing to tell! The office atmosphere was also very clean and welcoming!

Doctors are professional, caring and always take your problems as their priorities. Everyone who works in the building are easily the nicest, sweetest, outgoing yet professional people I have ever been a patient with, and I hopped around to a few practices before this one. Highly recommend this practice and they’re only satisfied when you feel your work has been done perfectly. They always make sure you’re never in pain during procedures and constantly keeping you comfortable. Love the atmosphere, love ya Brookwood Dental🤙
P.S. - Dr. Dubin is the best with the novacaine, if your not a needle person, trust me you wont even flinch nor feel a thing I dont know how he does it but if I closed my eyes I wouldn’t know when he applied the shot!
