Made one phone call for a rolling knee walker...not only did they listen to my urgent need they are willing to fulfill it quickly. This is an organized company. This is what you need to hear when you call "How can I help you". I would totally recommend this company for any medical equipment needs.

Sam the owner is amazing. He didn't have crutches to fit me so he called another medical supply place and persuaded them to give me a pair and charge it to him, because he was willing to use my insurance and they were not. He is a shining example of a rare breed, someone who genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to help them. I'd give him 10 stars if I could!

What an amazing company! Everyone was so helpful, from the person who answered the phone, to the gentleman who helped me obtain a wheelchair for my husband. The service was outstanding!

Why don't you have a website

I am not sure where to start but I would not recommend this company at all. The person who answered the phone was confusing and all I wanted to have done was for them to fix the bed they sold us no matter what the costs. Joe the technician never responded after several calls!...and they sold us a reconditioned bed and did not disclose that.
Shame on them!

They refuse to submit claims to your insurance company. After numerous calls, it is one excuse after the next. Do not use this company, there is some sort of fraud going on here.

I have been waiting over 2 months for a blood pressure cuff and I have called 6 times and they all keep giving me the run around and say we will call you back and never do....very unperfecional

Babel BS you and lie to you from the very beginning they will tell you later ordering something for you and make you wait over a month for it and then they will tell you that they will call you and never call you back I will never go back there is medical supply place to get anything I need and I do not recommend for anybody to go back to the way they are not nice people and they are very disrespectful and not helpful
