Our order wasn't made as requested, but they replaced it quickly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was well with us. I was very impressed with the service

Inexpensive coffee. plus the coffee is not bad. I don't eat the food I can't eat gluten it would be nice if McDonald's had gluten free food.

I go here too often for lunch during my lunch breaks, but I enjoy the atmosphere and people here. A good break from work.

I usually show up after 1:00pm. So things aren't very busy, but even the busy times around noon have been fine.

The people are courteous, and the manager is always helpful and will jump in if they're getting behind somewhere.

One thing I've really liked is how they take on as employees people who need a little extra help learning things. Going regularly for over a year has helped me notice. I've seen the occasional employee with what I assume are social workers or assistants helping them. The management is always patient with them, and obviously gives them the time they need to learn the role. I just wanted to give a shout out to the managers and workers here who I've seen go the extra mile, thanks.

Very friendly early in the morning, that makes it nice to order from the Franklin store in Boise Idaho!

Best McDonald’s I’ve been to. The service was fast, order made within 5 minutes, and the food was a cut above. The quarter pounder was cooked nicely and even had a bit of pink in it while the nuggets were freshly fried. Management is great and cares about quality, which is more than can be said for 80% of McDonald’s franchises.

Used the app because of the line in drive thru, food came out quick and hot.

Yet another place I frequent to buy breakfast for my crew. Over the last few years this location has held up through renovations and covid. Like most Mc locations, they can be extremely overwhelmed during peak hours and although the orders aren't always 100 percent accurate when you drive through, the employees do their best to make it right. The company I work for is close by so, when a mistake happens I don't fret over it as I simply call them and they more then make up for it theough good customer service. I still have a free combo voucher in my car from a rough morning start where they had experienced system start up issues and my order was delayed 20 minutes. Most of the time I wouldn't have waited but my patience paid off as I not only received the voucher but I also had my monthly morning meeting breakfast comp to me.

Food is good and employees are friendly. I come here often for breakfast.

Drive thru staff was very helpful... burgers were Hot and the drinks were wet. It was everything it was supposed to be :) except for the $5/menu item price point. Have you ever heard of BigMac economics ??? Its ain't even real food! Cut us a little slack!

I can't say enough great things about this tasty fry joint with a burger problem. And by problem I don't mean a bad one. The Fun guy burger is amazing. Part mushroom part beef all amazing. Don't forget the fries either. Purple are my favorite, especially when paired with jalapeno ranch dipping sauce. Great food, good beer selection and a great staff make for a great experience.

On our way out of town and had to grab some lunch. The team was quick and accurate at taking our order. The location was busy, but was clean and the staff was working great at taking care of all the guests.

Friendly staff. One in particular was the girl that helped last night. I didn't catch her name but she had a green tint in her hair. They appeared to be short staffed and she kept moving working everything she could do to get all the orders done. Great job to this young lady.

It's McDonald's. Consistent, budget friendly. They haven't messed up my order.

Vi said her day wasn't going so good and she still offered amazingly fast service and super hot food. Had to wait for fries to cool off a bit.

Drive through. Grab and go.

I worked at this McDonald for almost a year and our customers are almost always friendly we do have a few problems with wrong orders but we are human making errors to have fast fresh service and some of us are always new to the company the staff is great and managers we recently switched general managers and we got along well quickly with them always fresh quarters and will serve fresh upon request

The boss was a total jerk but the employee that was at the front desk needs a raise he made up for such bad boss. You know the boss is bad when the employees are better at giveing service then the boss. Btw give the person at the front a raise he was a tall kid with long slick hair
