Simple Suites

My experience at Simple Suites surpassed my expectations. The room price was incredibly affordable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's level of accommodation. They prioritize customer satisfaction from the moment you step inside. The front desk employee greeted me with a smile promptly. The lobby has a store-like corner offering more than just typical vending machine items; there's a diverse selection of frozen meals, snacks, drinks, and even containers of ice cream. They also stock various over-the-counter medicines and personal hygiene items, sort of like a mini Walgreens. Despite the unbelievably low prices, the room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. I can't praise this hotel enough and wholeheartedly recommend it over any other place I've stayed at. Booking your reservations here will not leave you disappointed.

Great experience! I stay at a lot of hotels for work and I can’t say enough great things about this place. The price is an absolute bargain, I found the room to be very clean, good water pressure in the shower, and no slamming hotel room doors (a pet peeve of mine). I stayed on the 4th floor and I never heard any of my neighbors, the elevator, or any other noises outside my room. I did hear the ice maker in the fridge in my room a couple times, but that’s it. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to folks visiting Boise.

We are on a long road trip and needed a place to sleep for a couple hours. Online, simple suites had great reviews and cheaper than many. We were very happy with our stay. The room was large for our kids pack n play crib, and the room was clean. The full size fridge was sparkling clean. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the bed wasn't very comfortable but the pillows were. Glad we found this place as it was also quick access to freeway.

This place is the best and most economical place to stay near the airport in Boise. For a few dollars more than the more budget and potentially rugged hotels you can stay with very friendly staff, clean rooms, updated building, and a hotel that is really trying to do the best it can in its economy bracket. Simple Suites hits all the marks and is such a winner in my opinion! I will likely always try and stay here first when I'm working or passing through Boise. I used the airport shuttle, I used the city transit system, I worked from my room on high speed Wifi, and everything I expect from high end hotels downtown was available here at Simple. Thanks!

We absolutely loved our stay. I do not understand the lower reviews. The staff is amazing. Jaime, Lupe, Zach, and Denise receive a special mention. They are definitely customer-service oriented. The room was very clean and had all that we needed. They offer free laundry and other amenities. I would not stay any where else when in Boise. Thank you.

I had a last minute request for early check in that they were able to accommodate. The room was clean and comfortable with a full size fridge, two burner stove and kitchen sink, and microwave for long term stays. It was surprisingly quiet for being near the airport. The beds are firm and it was the perfect room for my stay.

Quick, efficient, super friendly service when checking in. Rooms where very clean and spacious. Loved the full fridge with ice maker. And little kitchenette. Bathroom had amazing lighting too which made me oddly happy.

We stayed here last week for family weekend for Boise State College. These rooms were very nice, clean, beds comfy, black out curtains, plenty of space. Next to Applebee's and an Uber ride away from down town. I was able to communicate with guests services via text which was cool and fast. They have free coffee and a mini Mart inside for snacks to buy. They decorated for Halloween which was cute. The employees ALL of them were super sweet. It really wasn't as loud as people commented. AND their gym was actually efficient. I was expecting only the cardio machines but they had a cable machine and free weights. I would stay here again.

Great Deal on the room,very spacious, close to everything, easy access,front desk was very helpful and courteous highly recommend. Budget friendly, grounds are kept very clean.

This place is nice. There was a glitch when we booked three rooms online. Upon arrival we only had one, but they worked on it until they found us two more rooms. Rooms were spacious and clean, no complaints. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Would stay there again.

Very nice rooms and the staff is amazing. I checked in last night for my second time. Love love love it. Last name is now " Lutz." This will be my second long term stay. I felt safe and secure here. The room was very nicely done and ready for me. The bed is soft and comfy like sleeping on my Grannie's old feather bed. The sheets are silky and soft to the touch and wonderful to sleep on. I have never had to ask for anything to start my stays. So, my own personal ⭐ System is 1-10. Simple Suites is a huge #16.😊Thank you to the best staff for taking such very good care of me. 🥰

WONDERFUL staff! Friendly and helpful with the stress of travelling. It was a joy to stay here! I highly recommend this hotel because it’s close to the Boise Airport, they offer a kitchenette, a full size fridge and have a very comfortable bed. Checked in last minute when another hotel couldn’t accommodate and couldn’t be more thrilled to someday stay here again.

friendly staff. incredible interior design. loved my room. i didnt feel like i was staying in a hotel, i felt comfortable and welcomed everytime i walked through the doors.
i also appreciated the many hand sanitizer dispensers located in all of the public/common areas. i felt safe.

Clean rooms, and cold AC. Staff is friendly and enthusiastic to help. The convenience store in the lobby has everything from toothpaste and laundry detergent, to instant ramen and ice cream. TCL 4 series smart TVs in the rooms makes for easy entertainment and relaxing time - great with some ice cream!

Great hotel. Great service. The rooms are amazing. Has a microwave, stove and full size fridge. Big bathroom. Mini store area in the lobby. Applebee's restaurant is across the street. We are 5 mins from the airport too.

Simple suites..is just that. Sweet and simple..the rooms are brand new .super clean. Great for a short stop or extended stay. With free laundry. Super close to downtown. Holly the manager is amazing as is the entire staff. Big town style with a small town feel. You will love this place. We did..

Love this place! My friend and I stayed here on 2 separate occasions, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, had everything we needed. Would def go back.

Great experience. Went through with a moving truck and Zach at the front desk offered to help carry our houseplants to our room in heavy rain as he was leaving his shift. What amazing staff!

What a wonderful staff they have. Friendly, patient, conforting people. I stayed for a month and right off the bat they gave me a warm welcome, it didnt feel like I was living in a hotel, it felt like home. There rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Clean and I felt safe. They provide a free laundry room, wifi and a huge roku tv which was a huge plus in my book when trying to keep up with my tv shows. All in all I would recommend this hotel to everyone looking to visit the area.
