Super clean energy drinks & healthy protein shakes. Definitely a place that the world needs more of. Great flavor choices of drinks, feels like a snow cone shack for healthy living adults. A must have to get ya foing in the am, pre work out, post work out or just wanting a refreshing healthy drink. Friendly staff and comfortable inside seating area too.

I absolutely love coming here. It's right across from Planet Fitness so it's a good stop before or after working out. All of the options taste fantastic and dessert-like but it's all healthy.
You are given the options to put more healthy ingredients in, like an immunity boost or fat burner. The service is awesome and super friendly, typically greeting you with a smile as soon as you walk through the door. I definitely recommend stopping by for a healthy, delicious drink.

My all time favorite shake place in Boise. The owner is so sweet and comes up with the best flavors!! And she is so good about remembering you! It’s always a good experience going in!

Great service and awesome drinks

Had higher hopes, but wasn't impressed with the product / service. Ordered the Iced coffee cake smoothie, and it tasted like a snickerdoodle with extra cinnamon. Not what I was hoping for. I got through half of it when I slurped a long hair through the straw (not mine) and couldn't finish the rest.

Is this location still open and operating at all? Drove to it today before work to try and get a healthy shake since it sounded great and like just what I needed but when I got here no one was there and it looked like it wasn’t operational anymore. Hours on google say it should be open but it might be wrong on here. Just a bit bummed that I don’t get to try this place out like I was hoping to.

Super disappointed walked in to get a drink because we wanted to try their shakes and the cashier had her mask down on her neck while she was making someone else's drink. With the current mandate this is not a good standard for a establishment. Especially if I have intention to consume something from there. Just turned around and left and won't be coming back.

You need to update your website to reflect 9$ for all smoothies. $9 yikes. What’s in them, that you justify that price?
