They have pretty much taught me how to take care of my pool. Great staff. Super helpful to new pool owners. Got my pool to 100% by the last test of the year but I did it lol.

Update 7/30/21. Store is closed at least temporarily. Orange sign in window said building is "uninhabitable ".

Staff here is always willing to take the time to make sure you get what you need and make sure all questions are answered. The downside is prices are better at Wal-Mart and a few other places. But I think it is worth the difference.

The folks at Leslie's are very helpful and knowledgable. I am new to spa ownership. They walked me thru the basics of chemistry and cleaning and set me up with the items needed to maintain my spa. They explain the different options and cost effectiveness so you can make the choice that is best for you. Just recently purchased a replacement spa cover thru Ben and Eben. I looked at all the options on line and read the horror stories of delivery and poor quality covers. I went to Leslie's and they guided me thru getting the correct measurements and in selecting the specifications of the cover. They ensured me that when the cover arrives they would inspect it and take care of returning it if there was shipping damage. The box had some damage but true to their word they inspected the cover and found no damage. I put it on my spa just before a big storm and it is working out great. Great to have a local shop with this kind of knowledge and commitment to service.

Excellent customer service, the hot tub I purchased was not only pretty but had everything I wanted for less than the other guys! I feel so much more relaxed now that I use my tub every night before bed. I can actually sleep and feel rested!

Derek is "our pool guy". This guy is so conscientious and knowledgeable. And the rest of the staff is great too. This is the only pool store I go to.
