We had the pleasure of working with Drew. He was great and made it a priority to get our roof inspected and gave his honest feedback of his recommendations. He communicated every step of the way. We ended up needing a whole new roof and it was approved by our insurance which Drew was very knowledgeable and guided us through that process as well. Our roof was installed in one day and the crew cleaned up perfectly. We have had no issues since the roof was installed and it’s been 6 months plus and the roof has had to withstand some heavy rain/wind/hail storms. I would recommend Crown Exteriors for your next job and ask to work Drew. You will not be disappointed!

We were referred to Crown Exteriors by a coworker of mine. Drew Krueger was who I worked with and who coordinated all of the details with me. Not only was he super helpful in guiding me through the claims process, he was always responsive, honest and the level of workmanship was amazing on all levels. The roof looks amazing, the communication about scheduled work was awesome and accurate, and I was kept in the loop the whole time. My roof inspection experience with Zach Drozkowski was outstanding. Zach was knowledgeable about many aspects of my roofing system and was polite and patient while explaining it to me. Zach went above and beyond climbing into my attic, squeezing in between my roof and vaulted ceilings in order to confirm there were no signs of water leaks around my plumbing exhaust. I would highly recommend Crown Exteriors!

Zack Drozkowski from Crown Exteriors is absolutely amazing to work with. We noticed a leak in one of our bedrooms and called Zack. Within a few hours, Zack came down, identified the problem, and was able to quickly fix the problem with the roof. A few months later, we had strong winds blow several shingles off of our ridge cap. Zack came back, told us not to worry, and searched for a perfect match for shingles that were no longer manufactured. He did a great job taking care of us and I’d highly recommend both Zack and Crown Exteriors. A great company to work with—honest, reputable, and high quality work.

Crown Exteriors has been wonderful to work with. Our church roof was replaced very quickly, my son’s house roof & siding made an old farmhouse look like new. Now we will wait for better weather and my mother’s house will be roofed. Kent James has been very thorough with all aspects from beginning to end. He has always gotten back with me whenever I had questions and knows how to work with the insurance companies. We have been very pleased with everything! Keep up the good work!

These guys were referred to me by a friend that is in the roofing product supply business as one of the best in St. Louis - and after working with them before, during and after the process, I couldn’t agree more. My job was likely one of the tougher one they had seen, as when they started they found my house had two layers of asphalt over the original wood shake roof with a layer of plywood in between. Kirk and Ryan helped me work with my insurance company as we had a hail damage claim, to ensure I was covered for proper removal, and when insurance denied the request they went back explain why the roof had to be removed back to the rafters and reinstalled. The insurance agreed, and then they got to work. During the process they were clean, responsive and took their time to get it right. They didn’t nickel and dime me, and gave me recommendations where I could save and upgrade in certain areas with very fair pricing. Once completed (and after I had already paid them in full), there was an issue that arose over one area, and they were out within hours to fix it - to my surprise I didn’t have to nag them even though I didn’t owe them money! That’s service and responsibility. Highest recommendation for Crown Exteriors!!!!

We had hail damage In September and after interviewing several companies we contracted with Crown. Dusty Rothrock was our Project Manager and he was on the job from start to finish making sure that the roofers, the siding crew and the gutters were being installed professionally. Our home looks awesome! Better than before the hail damage. The workers were professional and cleaned up after the job was completed. Dusty came back the next day to make sure that work area was clean. Thank you Crown for being the best and thank you Dusty for managing the job and getting it finished sooner than expected. I would definitely hire Crown again if the opportunity arises. When we pull up to our house we are amazed at how awesome it looks. Dusty you rock!

Crown Exteriors was a breath of fresh air to work with. I had a leak into an upstairs bathroom and Keith was able to get out and on the roof the same day I called. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He was able to complete a quick repair to fix the issue and explained to me what all he did and why it would fix my issue until I was approved from my insurance company. Keith was able to get me a brand new roof. I will be calling them with any future roof issues or questions. Highly recommend asking for Keith.

We had our roof and downspouts recently replaced. Drew Krueger was the agent that we worked with. He went above and beyond our expectations. He did a great job communicating with us and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. He even met with us multiple times at our house, helped us picked out the best roof and downspout color and came over to personally check everything was cleaned up after the project. If you need a new roof or downspouts you definitely want to go with Drew!!!!

We used Crown Exteriors, specifically BJ Recer when we had recent hail damage to our roof. The process could have not gone any smoother. From the time he came over for initial assessment until even after the roof was replaced and finished. Kept us in the loop the entire time and was clear with us on how the process would work. Dropped off roof samples for us to view and was here while the roof was being installed to make sure it was running smooth. Even came back after to check on the roof a few times. Highly recommend!
