Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a flat tire on our trip. After just two phone calls everything was taken care of. I chose to take care of it myself and be reimbursed instead of waiting since it was a Sunday afternoon and I was in the middle of no where. The employees (on site I dealt with Miles) were cheerful and helpful. Having used Enterprise for 21yrs, their customer service is top notch. We have not used any other rental agencies in year's, and now will only use Enterprise.

Miles Hubbard and Cole Sherman made this rental process easy and stress free. Miles helped me check out the rental car. He gave me two car options and provided information on each car which helped me make my choice. When I returned the rental car, Cole was there to greet me. He made the return process quick and easy. Both Miles and Cole were friendly and professional. I would definitely rent a car from them again.

My experiences with Enterprise have always been pleasant. They are my car rental of choice, for reasons of easy bookings, good customer service, reasonable flexibility, and fair prices. Shoutout to Cole Sherman, give that man a raise.

A good experience. Check in was handled quickly with no wait time. The car was clean, no issues. One suggestion on early morning checkout: the one checkout worker at that hour was using an unmarked vehicle as a "mobile office". It would be helpful to place magnetic signs on this vehicle with "Enterprise" to communicate this is an Enterprise employee. I did not want to just drop the car keys in the box, I wanted a visual inspection and receipt before handing over the keys and needed to locate the employee.

Enterprise by far is the BEST car rental company! I’ve never had issues. We had difficulty installing our rear facing car seat, and when Cliff the employee at Boise airport asked if we needed anything, he ended up upgrading us to a larger suv to better accommodate us. He didn’t have to, there were other cars he could’ve put us in. He picked that for us! He drove it over and just said bring me the other keys when you are done!
The employees ALWAYS go above and beyond to help you, they always have excellent vehicles that are clean and over equipped - fully loaded!
I waited maybe 5 minutes when I got to the counter but all the people were busy.
I would recommend using them every time!

Friendly, efficient service from Cole Sherman. All aspects of the rental experience were excellent. From reservations to pick up, use of a great car and return at the end of our trip. Definitely recommend.

As always, Enterprise quickly exchanged my sedan for an AWD when I found out about the huge snowstorm that had dumped several feet of snow at our cabin. It took less than 15 mins to make the changes and have me in the driver’s seat! I really love how dependable and professional their service e is no matter which state one is traveling in. BOI airport location - Awesome experience as a 'walk-in' customer! Allie (hope I remembered her name right?) was there when the car was picked up late afternoon, and again early morning 5am five days later when dropped off providing a great customer service experience every time!

I had returned my car and found out my flight had been cancelled. So I needed a car for an additional 2 days. Cole Shermon and Andrew P were very helpful and got me into another vehicle.

When I picked up my rental car, was not expecting to get a brand new vehicle. The steering wheel was heated and having to leave in the early mornings everyday, that was a plus. We love using Enterprise RAC at the Boise airport. They are always friendly and it’s an easy in- easy out experience. It has never taken me more than 10 minutes from desk to driving a car off the premises, and there is a bit of a walk! Keep up the good work Enterprise team!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. The Boise Airport location is very convenient, the staff at check-in and return were both very helpful. We rented a Ford Bronco, the car was clean and ready to go. It took less than 5 minutes to get checked in and receive the car.
