This branch has been awesome to work with for myself and my family. They took the time to help my 2 oldest kids with their accounts. I like the products they offer. I'm also impressed with how good their online bill pay program is and the Iphone APP. We love being able to deposit checks with our phone.

I don't bank here, but I use their ATM a lot because my bank refunds me any fees for an ATM and this place has a good location. They have a small branch in the plaza with my gym, Hastings, Dollar Tree, Walgreen's and Papa Murphy's.

So, according to Yelp, 4 stars means Yay! I'm a fan, so Yay! I am a fan of their ATM! There is branch across the street in Albertsons that's open weekends and evenings if you are a U.S. Bank customer.

I've banked with this bank for approximately 2 decades, and I'm about done with them. This week was possibly the last straw. There was a time when US Bank was very personable, supportive and helpful. Now days, it seems like it's all about finding more ways to stick it to their customers and catch em when their not looking and hit em with another fee, rather then watch out for those that have been loyal to them.

Went to the bank for work per usual. Had 3 deposits and needed change... since i had 4 transactions i went inside because the bank. Since the bank has said no more than 3 transactions through the drive thru. So i go in per their request in their request. I wait in line while the lady behind the counter is trying to hold the front down alone. Like in bank and drive thru customers. There was no one in the drive thru or behind me in line at the point when she is finally able to help, she was and is always friendly...
While putting in the deposits. Someone pull up in drive thru and she greets them sends out slip that they wanted while they fill it out she is trying to finish the deposits. And the bank manager goes up and rudely tells her loud enough to not worry about the front just the drive thru and that theres a line and theyve been waiting just as long. Flustered she finishes my deposits and also the the drive thru one in between, and tells me i need to go back for change. Or wait till someone else is available to help me. I opt to wait. Because i can't go back to work and make change for clients if i dont have any money!!! She had forgotten to print one of the deposits reciepts. So i have to wait for that as well. The manager then takes 3 people whome came in after me, ahead of me.
When it was finally my turn i asked why i had gotten skipped and he was dismissive in the sense saying the had to help the regular customers as well as business. I said i he was rude to the other teller. And then rude skipping me. I was and had been waiting the longer than the drive thru people and needed change. He then went off about how i could have a key for night drops for deposits.... Again i am waiting for change.... He is so RUDE!!!! To the staff and to the customers.
Its simple i needed change to make money to make my bussiness work. And in doing so I it make US banks bussiness work. It makes sense why the bank in Albertsons is so busy all the time. People will glady wait to not be treated like an inconvenience. The manager guy is so rude.

It's understandable if the workers there are just having a bad or rough day. We're all human. I usually don't write reviews, but this has happened to mom so often now that I feel like I should voice it out.
It's frustrating to hear my mom constantly telling me about her terrible experiences there.

The customer service is PASSIVE AGRESSIVE and RUDE.

It's just sad that we've been at this Bank for so long, and now my parents are considering about switching to another bank.

All I'm saying is, the U.S. Bank Branch on Overland Road, has been a very upsetting and disappointing experience. I'm not surprised that the average rating is 2.5. The communication to the customers is horrible. Please do better.

U.s. bank has continually put holds on checks from my business partner. And now at this point Brandon the manager at this brand has refused to help me resolve the issue. I am unsatisfied as a customer and will be closing my bank account due to poor customer service, and for them flagging my business partners checks every week. I am completely and utterly unsatisfied with US Bank and the services they provide.

I've been a U.S. Bank customer for over 3 years. I've never had any issue, or such terrible customer service until today. I usually go to a branch closer to my work, but as this one is close to my home, I've been in there several times. Today I went in to make a simple transaction, and the teller refused, according to their "policy". I told her I've done this at other branches, including this one, several times, and she just continued to say it wasn't possible. After I left, I called my usual branch and confirmed that no such policy actually exists. Just a rude lady, not wanting to help me. So I will take my business to my usual branch, and will never come here again.

I came in today to make my first mortgage payment at the overland branch, where I refi my mortgage. Without loan numbers no welcome package and could not sign in to my computer my only choice was to come in. I went to the first window an Asian lady helped me with my payment, however, when I asked her to help me set up auto pay, she refused and told me to do it at home on the computer! WTH! Really? That's got to be the worst customer service I've ever seen! Thanks to Brooke, she went out of her way to helped me set up the auto pay. Thanks again Brooke!

Our business has consistently had problems with this branch. Unfortunately because we opened our account there it is hard to go to another branch to get help when dealing with business account transactions. U.S. Bank is a great bank. Just avoid this branch.
