Sweet Melissa’s L.O.V.E. LLC

We have been long time lovers of Melissa’s business ( and herself! ) but I needed to hop on here because we just celebrated our sons first birthday in her tea room and when I tell you she went above and beyond it is an absolute understatement. Melissa’s taste is impeccable & she truly does everything with love- we had guests ranging from 1- 89 years old and everyone raved about it. We are so thankful to her and her daughter for hosting us, creating a beautiful card for our son, even getting him a balloon and checking in with us throughout the party to make sure we had everything we needed ( we did, because she planned and executed everything so well) and to facilitate the flow of everything. Go to her new location for lunch ( chick’n & waffles is our fav) or book in her tea room for your next occasion & I can promise you that you’ll be lifelong fans and want her treats all of the time. We keep his name & face off of the internet so won’t be sharing the table that had those on it, but let these show a glimpse of how thoughtfully everything was done.

My cycling friends decided to try something new since we were riding north so we stopped in to Sweet Melissa’s this afternoon. Wow! We were blown away by the delicious treats. I am not exaggerating when I say the chocolate popover was the best tasting thing I have ever had in my mouth! Moist, just the right amount of chocolate and sweetness. We have all agreed that we are heading back even though it’s 45 miles away.

What a great vegan spot in Pennsburg. Amazing cupcakes make birthdays easy. Also, first raw balls that don't taste like gravel. Great customer service, very friendly.

This is the FRIENDLIEST establishment I have ever stepped foot in. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with smiles from the whole family that works here. You can tell they are just good natured people!

On to the food….I just love it. I am not a vegan and often wonder if people avoid trying this out because that word makes them think they won’t find something they like. I swear they’d be missing out. The baked goods are so so good. They tend not to be as sweet as you would normally find which I personally love. Their love burgers (I think they have a warm weather version and a cold weather version) are one of the best you can get in the valley - even with no meat! Everything they serve is made very well with high quality ingredients and I feel good afterwards. If you haven’t tried them yet you definitely should!

This shop is fantastic! They have a great range of options: sweet treats, coffee, premade soups and meals, fresh made to order sandwiches, chili…the list goes on. Everything we’ve had so far (chickpea salad sandwich, veggie panini, chili, bagel sandwich 🤤, and sticky buns) have been out of this world. Not to mention the service is excellent and the vibes are so great in the shop.
We will definitely be telling our family and friends about this shop and frequenting it ourselves for delicious goodies.

This is my first time having a vegan cupcake, and boy was I impressed! It was a busy Saturday and we were struggling to find a local vegan bakery while I stumbled upon this place with great rating. I now know why.
I called in and Melissa was kind enough to set aside a dozen of em for our arrival before they sold out. The cupcakes were delicious. I loved the cream too.

Great treats! Melissa is the nicest lady as well and makes you feel like family, they made our wedding cake and cupcakes last year everything came out great looking and delicious!

My daughter attends Perkiomen School and would be at school for her Sweet 16th Birthday. Melissa was great to work with, coordinating a delivery as a birthday surprise for my daughter, and updated me through the ordering & delivery process. The cupcakes were beautiful and tasted even better than they looked - the kids in my daughter's dorm DEVOURED them! Gorgeous, delicious vegan cupcakes! Thanks for making my daughter's first away-from-home birthday a special day!

A friend and I stopped in today for a rest stop on a long bike ride. It's the first time either of us had been to Melissa's and we were blown away! The baked good were incredible and the staff were so friendly and sweet. It means a long ride, but we'll be back!!

Awesome selection of treats, sides, and meals! The soups are amazing! The peanut butter and chocolate cupcake is my favorite!

I love Sweet Melissa’s LOVE ❤ What a blessing to have her healthy food options right in my neighborhood! My fave items are the mini banana breads and the protein bites. Before I visit my mom in an ALF, I pick up a couple of the banana breads (at Speak Easy) and we both enjoy noshing on them during our visit at her facility. 😊♥

Love this place and all the tasty treats they provide. I really love the chocolate peanut butter protein balls and many of the other desserts. More than any of it, the owners and their family are genuine, caring, loving people. You can tell they put a lot of love and pride into all they do.

WOW! If you want some truly delicious vegan eats, this is a MUST stop. Their new location is in the same shopping center as Tosco's in Pennsburg. Melissa has some of the most flavorful and beautiful vegan cupcakes and baked goods I have ever enjoyed. On a scale of 1-10, they are a side 15. If that isn't enough, she gives back to the community with her kindness and generosity!

Sweet Melissa's is my go-to for party cupcakes, but I always end up sampling a few extra treats when I go! The staff make you feel genuinely like you are part of the family from the minute you enter.

Fabulous vegan desserts! I especially love the fruit based cupcakes. Not too sweet with generous amounts of fruit in the cake which is thicker than a normal cupcake. Highly recommend!

The best! The most delicious vegan muffins and cupcakes! So yummy! The soups are so great too! The owner and her family are the sweetest! Love the inspirational note cards that are tucked away in the boxes...makes my day happy every time! ❤🧁

EVERYTHING here is delicious!!!
I went for the first time the other day and bought different flavors of cupcakes and a frozen vegan rice curry meal to make for the family. My family loved everything I brought home!!! Amazingly delicious, I am so excited to have gluten free and vegan food in our town! I will definitely be going back for more. I can't believe I didn't try this place sooner!!

Very delicious and beautifully decorated vegan cupcakes and baked goods. I also like that they serve locally roasted coffee. It’s hard to find vegan baked goods around the area so this place is a true gem! The key lime cupcake is my personal favorite. Can’t wait to try more. So happy there are local/small businesses like this to support!

The cupcakes were absolutely delicious! Great customer service as well, I instantly felt welcomed! The desserts are so beautifully presented and tasty it’s shocking that these are vegan.
