The bad reviews here are due to the plans offered by T-Mobile not these store employees.
We had a great experience with these guys- much better than any other store. We needed a phone replacement quickly and the rep (Ian) hooked us up in no time. Exceptional customer service!

I was in the store to upgrade my phone and the experience was so easy from beginning to end! Damir helped me and and he took care of everything, I walked in with my old phone and walked out with my new phone all set up for me!!

Employees go above and beyond. They actually help you instead of making you call customer service right away. Very understanding with any situation that you are going thru. Employees are very polite and respectful. Definitely check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Let me start off by saying my experience at this store has always been PHENOMENAL! The staff is very courteous and has always greeted me as if I am a special customer! If I ever have an issue with something regarding my phone or simply need to make changes they are more than accommodating! I have recommended all my friends and family to go here if they are looking to save on their wireless plan! I love sprint and have always had them as a carrier! Shout out to Victoria she is amazing!

This store is definitely my go to if I need to do anything on my Sprint account! They have helped me many, many, many times! I would highly recommend this store! I switched from Verizon and have never looked back! The service is amazing and the in store employees here are more than willing to help anyone with any of their issues! When it comes to cell phones I always expect to pay allot of money but with Sprint they have ensure I get the best quality service while keeping my bill lower than any other carrier! Not sure of the gentleman's name who helped me last night, 11-16-21, at this store. But he was super helpful, understood my issue and took care of it correctly. Very nice guy. Very helpful. It's nice to see that. I truly appreciate it. Job well done.

This store is one of the best cell phone stores in the area! I have had many people I have referred to this store tell me they have received best customer service and have switched from Verizon and AT&T to save money and have received superior customer service. All of the representatives at Sprint take care of the customers and I have no doubt that you will be very satisfied with the service this store can provide! Very clean and friendly customer service!

Great visit. I have been to this location a few times. Every time has been a good experience. On this date I spoke with Gordon. Very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions and concerns.

The store was fantastic. Was able to come into a clean environment with a knowledgeable staff and a great general manager, who was very personable and hands on i highly recommend this location to everyone in the local area

Excellent service. My phone had an error message and wouldn't send texts. I stopped in and Tyrik took care of me, had my phone back and running in 5 minutes.

The gentlemen who helped me reset my account were awesome! Answered all my questions and now I'm back on track! I highly recommend Sprint!
