Abbella Dental Care

We decided to leave the existing dentist due to transfer of ownership of their establishment. Abella kindly accepted us as new patients. The gentleman who talked to me over the phone is very patient and professional. He's kind enough to set up a sooner appointment with my husband who had a urgent dental issue, even without waiting for the x-ray image to be sent from the previous dentist which has kept us waiting for more than a month for that. The clinic is very clean, with a lot of patients coming in on appointments after I shot the video, staff and dentist super friendly. So glad that I found such a magnificent dentist for my family finally!

I've been a patient of Abbella Dental for a couple of years now and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Dr. Liang is incredibly knowledgeable and really goes above and beyond to make sure my teeth are healthy, while also spending the time to educate me on best practices (like how to floss correctly)! Most recently, I thought I had a cavity and Dr. Liang showed me that I didn't on the x-rays we took, asked me questions to figure out what might be causing it, and told me to reach back out if I'm still experiencing sensitivity.

Their pricing has always been straightforward, you get a summary of charges with your portion and your insurance's portion, and with my insurance I've had a very reasonable co-pay for both cleanings and cavity fillings.

Regarding their cancellation policy, they're extremely transparent about it and what to expect. When you make an appointment they go over the policy, and then two weeks prior you get an appointment reminder call with the policy reiterated. Two days before your appointment, which is the cancellation deadline, you get another call, which I always appreciated. The cancellation policy is great because if someone cancels, they'll call you and you might be able to be seen earlier than your original appointment.

Overall, I'm so incredibly pleased with the dental care I've received and my teeth are doing great. I've referred friends to Abbella Dental and I would highly recommend!

I love this Dentist! I am often nervous and have anxiety when going to the dentist, but Abbella does a great job helping me calm down while working on my teeth. They have repaired cavities, stains, and other dental problems I had...and I can now say Abbella really improved my smile.

Pretty nice! I got filling for all my tooth and cleaning regularly in here! Very professional. All stuffs are friendly.

The front office staff was very friendly- from making my appointment to checking out. The dentist was very detailed with my dental work and took her time to answer all my questions. The entire office is very clean and I will definitely be coming again.

PS- I appreciate the COVID safety procedures. It made me feel safe and relaxed throughout the visit!

Great office. My daughters and I travel from Philadelphia to Abbella because we only trust them to do our dental work. Staff are always friendly and thorough. We took a break from our cleanings due to COVID, but we came back recently and felt very safe.

Patient, kind, and always researching current best practices to bring to her patients. Rick the office manager is also awesome. He helped with a bunch of insurance hiccups (on my end) & patiently resolved any and all billing concerns. I would highly recommend this practice.

I just visited Abbella Dental for the first time and was quite pleased. Dr. Liang was very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. The office is surprisingly high tech, with large monitors everywhere and state-of-the-art equipment. I had a tooth pulled this time, and will gladly return for other dental work that I’ve been putting off. I trust Dr. Liang and will definitely recommend Abbella to my friends.

Awesome dentist and clean office. Dr. Liang is great with patients and always has a smile! She is attentive to your concerns and teach you about your dental health every time you see her. Highly recommend her. I drive 2 hours just to see her and she's worth it.

Super attentive staff and medical professionals. My mom has not been to a dentist in a very long time so she is having a lot of problems that have to be fixed. Dr. Liang was very happy to help my mom without giving her any harsh comments or criticism like a few of our last dentists. 3/5 of our family members go to her office now. Dr. Liang and her team managed an impossible feat: they made going to the dentist a pleasant experience. From the first appointment they’ve been nothing but kind, accommodating, professional, and reasonable, and are always willing to work with my weird life situations (time, travel, and insurance constraints), making things as easy as possible. Dr. Liang especially goes out of her way to treat her patients with compassion, professionalism, and expertise. Honestly, she’s the best dentist ever, and they’re the best staff ever. I can’t recommend them enough.

P.S. They’re also taking all health and safety precautions for covid (without throwing that cost onto the patient). Seriously, just stop it already and book an appt with them.

My son has an emergency situation on one of his baby teeth. I was impressed that I was able to bring him to the dental office the next day. Thanks for the arrangement from their staff manager Rick. Dr. Liang did a great job taking care of the issue. My 4 year old did not complain at all after a baby root canal and crown. They always describe the cost up front and ask for a permission before doing any activity proposed by Dr Liang. We are very pleased with the experience there.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Liang and her wonderful staff. She explains everything thoroughly, gives all the options and gives excellent care. My entire family now sees her as well. If you want a wonderful dental experience, look no further!

My family has been going to Dr Liang since they opened 6 years ago. Everyone at Abbella is always friendly and courteous. Though I’ve only needed cleanings, I look forward to coming in every 6 months because it is always a good experience.

Abella Dental Care is the best dental office within the area. Dr Liang is professional and will only ever do work that you absolutely need. She will not falsely recommend procedures that are unnecessary and if there are things that she is not specialized in, she will refer you to the right people. Her staff are amazing, and getting appointments could not be easier. Trust me, she's the best and you won't regret it!

I found this practice through my insurance. For a dental office, everyone was very nice which I am not used to. I was very satisfied. My last dental office was always trying to upsell me on optional procedures I didn't need, I didn't feel that way here.
