Imagine a furniture store where the folks selling the products actually know the business. Then, imagine that if they deliver something, they arrive on time, and know about what it is they're delivering, because that's what they do: deliver furniture.

No, this isn't some fairytale, or the way your parents or grandparents will tell you that it :::used::: to be. This is the way it is now, in 2023, at Mastroieni Furniture.

Don't assume that because they've been around for generations, they must be expensive. In fact, I didn't pay much more for a piece of furniture made in America, and sold to me by courteous professionals, than I could have spent for something at a place with a one star rating. Oh, and by the way, virtually every other local furniture seller has abysmal reviews. Don't waste your time: Make Mastroieni Furniture your first stop!

I have purchased numerous pieces of furniture throughout the years from them. A leather sofa lasted over 20 years before finally giving up the ship! Read up on warranty information on mechanical items, I didn't and was unpleasantly surprised when the motor on the recliner we purchased went. Now, with no fault of the store, we have a chair we have to have fixed (cost was fully 25% of what I paid for the chair), so guess what's going to happen to the chair. No hope for the chair, great hope for the store. I would recommend them highly.

Always a good deal. They treat you very nicely. Long lead time for many items (not their fault) but we got one of the few that were in stock.

Very good experience working with Deb to find out bedroom set. Impressed with the workmanship and quality of the set which is very hard to find since everything is made overseas. I prefer to buy American made furniture and support local family business. Thanks again for ease of this transaction and experience.

We have been purchasing all of our furniture from Mastroieni Furniture for over 30 years . The sales staff is very knowledgeable and never pushy . Even know we may not visit their showroom for a few years , there is always a familiar face. We had a recliner delivered today and the delivery guys are first class. They had to remove in interior door to get the chair into the correct room and made it look like child's play. A ++++++++

We've purchased many pieces over the past 22 years and have never been disappointed. The people aren't there to sell you furniture, but instead, to help you make a decision you will be happy with for a long time. The quality is top shelf.

I brought my mother here to purchase new reclining chair after looking around at all the other usual places and being disappointed by high prices, poor quality and lack of selection. This was our first visit to the store but will definitely not be our last! Sandra, the sales associate who assisted us, was pleasant, helpful, very knowledgeable and an absolute delight to interact with. The selection of chairs was very good and included items in a variety of price ranges and styles. Sandra worked with us in such a way that in the end, my mother was 100% confident in her purchase decision (which is not always the case with her). As it turned out, the the chair she preferred was also a floor sample and therefore was deeply discounted from its original price, making the purchase much more affordable for my mother. Of course there was no pressure whatsoever for her to consider more expensive options even though there were many selections that were three times the price of the one she purchased. Overall, shopping here was a great experience and one that we are sure to repeat the next time we need furniture.

Having been a customer at Mastroieni Furniture over the last 30 years, I suggested that my mother buy living room furniture here, even though she lives in Havertown, She received excellent service and chose her furniture on her first visit to the store. Nick M. was so helpful and kind to her. I liked her furniture so much that a few weeks later, my husband and I went and bought the exact same couch in a different color. And we were very pleased as always with this family-operated business where customer service and satisfaction is always a top priority.

Mastroieni is a furniture venue that features a very exquisite selection and collection of interior furniture items. My wife and I have purchased several items, had our kitchen table and chairs custom made to fit our specific needs and are very satisfied with their service. If you see a sofa or chair that you might want in a different color or fabric, they will, if possible, accommodate your needs. Great furniture venue.

My Lift Chair which I purchased at Mastroieni Furniture broke and I made a call to them and they had a replacement in stock and Mr. Mastroieni came out to my home and replaced the remote for me. I cannot be without the lift chair due to my injuries. Mr Mastroieni and his staff are my angels I cannot say enough good things about them.

After looking at EVERY furniture chain my mother and I stopped here... We both found exactly what we were looking for. Good prices and quality furniture! Delivery service was very professional. Highly recommend you stop in!

Just when I thought bed shopping wasn't tiring enough, I decided it was time for a new adult couch after years of futon. I had an idea of what I wanted but it wasn't until I looked and looked some more I still wasn't sure, and living in Manayunk there are a ton of stores both in the city and suburb areas like Collegeville and Limerick I found by Google and Yelp and tried. Nice, but no cigar. Some nice ideas, nice people, but either too pricey or not the right stuff. Places like the Dump were a good example of a nice idea but bizarre high prices and not nice enough. In sales myself, it takes just the right person to help. Fercera's in Collegeville had the best selection and layout I'd seen, with nice prices too. Front runner.Finally made it to Montgomeryville late on a Sunday, a mecca of a few furniture places back to back. Yelp helped find them. Raymour & Flanigan part II, nice but something about a lot of it seemed cheap, and 1 color or wait at least 6 weeks didn't sound enticing. Leather store nice as well, but 16 weeks to wait for something to come from overseas and thousands of dollars. Not now. Last stop Mastroieni's just before close. Not a huge place, but wandered around. Classic stuff, not over the top. Made it upstairs and found at least 2 I liked. Larry came up to help with my debate of recliner vs. no, softer vs. firmer, and what kind of cloth. Funny guy, very helpful and more than honest. I liked a floor model they had most and his help was partly why. Gave me a card, model #, tax & delivery and said call tomorrow or whenever if I like it and we can do things over the phone. Didn't like any others as much as I did there or Larry & the store. It was a done deal over the phone 3 days later and even saved me more. Delivered exactly as promised by another Mastroieni brother this morning, again perfect and friendly. Great guys, a true family run store, high quality pieces, more than affordable, and with so much being USA built, even if you custom order the lead times were short. The one place of many you get the impression they'll continue to be around a while and will always be there to help with any kind of question you may have. Thanks again!

My original posting appeared to be a poor one because I thought a 5 star rating was pressing the 5th star. Obviously I need schooling. Hope this amended post clears up any confusion. I will visit Mastroieni for any future furniture purchase. So sorry for temporarily posting a poor review.

After searching high and low for a sofa and loveseat to meet my needs, I went to Mastroieni Furniture. Selection, service and prices could not be beat. I highly recommend them.
