Awesome store, friendly & helpful. They’re redoing the store ignore the look. I walked in and asked what was on sale, I left with like $200 off my receipt.

A very handsome and nice gentleman i think he said his name is mike but he was very helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about.

This place is great. I normally just go in to get an energy drink or a protein drink and I actually enjoy talking to the manager that works there. He does not pressure you to buy anything extra and he is very knowledgeable if you do have questions.

The customer service is great here! One employee specifically, Mike, was very helpful. He was patient and kind towards us when we needed help and explained everything thoroughly.

With there current bankruptcy, over priced supplements, they have there challenges. They need to revamp there whole approach to the Supplement industry. Lowering there prices, promotions, and good customer service. They may be able to reinvent themselves.Being a long time customer, they excel with there associates knowledge of products, and workouts. A lifestyle coach!

Keith was very knowledgeable. Rather than just retort product information which seems to be the standard for most health supplement stores ,Keith was able to apply a scientific approach that clearly indicates his depth of knowledge goes beyond his GNC product education. As someone with a background in movement science, I can tell the difference. His consultative sales approach is the reason I upgraded my rewards membership.

The gentleman working on Monday afternoons was very, very helpful with my situation. Amazing customer service!

The staff are knowledgeable about their products and can help you figure out what would work best for you. A bit pricey, but you pay for the service and convenience, really.

Every time I try to go there I’ll get there at 10:15 ( 15 minutes after they open) but the store is always closed

Just an overall bad shopping experience, I'll drive out of my way to not go here again.

1. Trash all over.
2. Empty boxes of product on shelves in places it belonged as well as thrown into other sections.
3. Product pricing is not marked.
4. Staff was just 3 young dudes talking behind the counter with no uniform or even name tags.

Went there on Monday 7/17/2023 at 4:30 PM the store was closed!
Went there on Saturday 7/15/2023 15 minutes before the store is supposed to open at 10:00 am. No lights on and no one inside. Vince Lombardi quote: "on time is 15 minutes early" you would think someone would be there getting ready to open. I will never go to this store again.

This week I went to GNC to buy protein powder and supplements which were advertised as buy one get one 50% off. To my surprise when I arrived at the register the cashier (18 years old or so) said that they forgot to take the signs off and the merchandise was in fact full price. He would not honor the signs nor did he attempt to take the incorrect down. I "overpaid" by nearly $50 as a result of the improper signage.

Terrible. Use Amazon. Two things wrong with this store:

1) lack of customer service. The kid would barely open his mouth when he mumbled anything like I was a pain when I put an item on the check out counter. Had an attitude.

2) they are very overpriced. Actual price is $10-$15 higher than sticker price. You don’t know until they scan it at checkout. It was posted for cheaper not even close. I told the kid it was the wrong price and he said “someone put stickers in wrong spots“ the stickers were for the products I confirmed. It was on every item I checked. He didn’t want to hear it. I didn’t buy anything.

I’ll be getting it thru Amazon for free delivery to my house and still cheaper.
