Went into Springhouse store about 2 weeks ago. I have little to no style. Jennifer came to my rescue. She had me looking good and feeling great. I will definitely be back. My suggestion ask for Jennifer when help is needed. She is not pushy and will be very truthful it it's just not for you. Love it!!! Thanks for your help.

I have bought a lot of Talbots clothes, because they are timeless and easy to accessorize. I bought something online that was not what I expected and even though there were very strict terms on the return, the ladies at the front desk made a deal that was totally fair and I will continue to shop there. Penelope is the best. She remembers my size and style and gives me honest feedback, doesn't just try to sell. The staff are all very nice. The clothes are quality threads, and the price is reasonable, especially with the sales. Such nice patterns and materials and fits to anyone's size. The store is big and organized. Definitely women's clothing geared toward the mature, classic woman.

Talbot's North Wales gives all customers excellent service. I have been able to buy my unique choices and size with Talbot's associates assistance. Also, they are quick with returns. The entire store is very clean. I enjoy shopping at Talbot's North Wales, PA.
