Dr Christian is a wonderful doctor that truly understands kids. There is a seperate waiting room with fun toys for the kids, and she has a small collection of toys in the exam room. She had eye catching devices to draw kids attention to what she wants them to look at so she can perform a proper exam. She has such a warm and sweet demeanor. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience with Dr. Christian Colleen and the entire office. They were able to see us quickly and her bedside manner was unmatched. She made us feel extremely comfortable to care for our 4 month old. Definitely recommend!!

Dr. Christian came highly recommended from other moms in a local facebook group. I took my 5 year old son to see her today. She had the best bedside manor and was so sweet and informative. Dr. Christian made him feel comfortable and explained exactly what she was going to do. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatric eye doctor.

I called and talked to a very nice and welcoming lady. We were given an appointment for the next day! (No wait of 2 months like at CHOP) The staff was gracious and kind. We waited maybe 5 minutes before being seen. The doctor's assistant was so good with my baby. She explained the procedures and the why's clearly. When we met the doctor, I knew we made the right choice. She was great! She reassured me and examined my baby thoroughly. If need be, I will come back to Dr. Christian again and again.

Dr. Christian and her staff have done a wonderful job with my 3 children. She diagnosed a complex eye problem in my one daughter and promptly referred us where she needed treatment. She did surgery on my son when he was one year old and I can tell you she was the most comforting and assuring physician who kept me informed and calm and provided wonderful tender care to him. My other daughter sees her ongoing now for routine eye care and we have been consistently thrilled she is our children's opthamologist for the past 20 years. I am a nurse and I highly recommend Dr. Christian to anyone in need of pediatric opthamology care. We are blessed to have her in our community.

We went to see Dr Christian for an urgent pediatric eye issue. She was very friendly, good with kids, and answered all my questions. She was able to solve my sons issue and I highly recommend her.

I took my 3 yr old son here for an eye exam and I felt like the eye exam was an attention span test than actually understanding he’s only 3 and frustrated with covering one eye and questions about what do you see over and over. At the end of the appt Colleen told me he had 20/60 vision and needed full time glasses. I’ve never noticed anything that would indicate a vision problem. I immediately made an appt with a CHOP ophthalmologist and after a more extensive eye exam there, which seemed more age appropriate for a young toddler was told he has absolutely normal vision and developing eyes and does not need glasses. So glad I trusted my instinct and made an appt at CHOP with someone who specializes in children.

This place is horrible. After 2 visits my contacts still hurt my eyes too much to put them in, and I have been wearing contacts 20+ years. Now I am scheduled to go for visit #3, JUST TO GET CONTACTS TO FIT. The 1 person here who does contacts is missing all of the modern equipment to measure the curvature of the eye for contact size, and also messed up my prescription. Seems like he has a trial an error approach instead of just getting modern equipment to measure correctly and precisly the first time. On top of that, I have premium vision insurance, but they couldn't figure out what it would cost for me to buy a pair of glasses there. I was told $125 total, then get a call they want $500 about 4 days later. They just expected me to say ok apparently. Instead I went to another optometrist and was able to get the same glasses for $125 like they originally quoted. My first appointment here also took me 2 hours to complete.

This really is the worst optometrist I have ever gone to in my life. After seeing an optometrist every year for more than the past 20 years, this is the first time I have ever reviewed one. Its the first time I ever had to go to one more than once. I have used WalMart in the past when I needed an exam and contacts quickly after putting it off too long, and they honestly did a much better job. I'm still pretty much shocked that one person can make so many mistakes. I cant believe they have as high a rating as they do. After seeing that when I called to tell them my contacts do not fit, I figured I would add my experience for everyone. You're better off at the Target around the corner. The ONLY thing this place is good for is if you have very young kids since the woman is one of the few who does exams for young children. The man on the other hand who supposedly fits contacts I think is rolling the dice each time he fits me to see what new size to pick out. My contacts arent a little off, more like what I would expect if I wore someone else's contacts. I thought I was going to tear my eye removing the one contact he gave me. It gripped my cornea so tight it took me about 5 minutes to remove and I was seriously worried I was going to damage my eye it took so much force to remove.
