Isley and Joe (truck 10) delivered our washer and dryer today. They were so knowledgeable and helpful. They really took their time and helped me to remove old dryer lint and debris before attaching our new machines. They were clean and quick and very thorough. The whole experience was perfect and we appreciated them very much! They went above and beyond to make the transition of our old machines out and our new machines in seamless. HIGHLY recommend!

Had the pleasure of working with Joe & Isley on delivery day. Not only were they extremely professional but, made they whole delivery, installation and swap out process as smooth as possible. These two gentleman are assets to your company.

Already knew what we wanted. Bosch French door refrigerator. We tried buying it at another multi local store place but a few days before the delivery they tried to pull a bait & switch. I was able to cancel my order and went to Kieffer’s instead. The whole effort was painless, Pat our salesman was great. Your delivery guys treated my house with care moving the old frig out and new one in. I did buy some other appliances from Kieffers when we remodeled our kitchen some years ago that experience was great too.

Had a great experience with Kieffer's delivery and installation of a gas range. The installers, Carlos and Carlos, called ahead, arrived on time, and did a terrific job removing our old range and installing the new one. They were skilled, careful, and professional. They put the range in place, made the gas connection and leveled the stove. Not a scratch to the stove, the adjacent cabinets, or the floor. Even showed us how to connect the stove to WiFi. Excellent, excellent job.

I mistakenly assumed that small businesses would have higher prices. Kieffer's was $200 less for a washer (same model, delivery, haul away, and hoses included). You can always get someone on the phone quickly and find information you're looking for. One comment for owners: employees are efficient and professional but lack friendliness and appreciation.

My wife and I visited Kieffer's this past Friday and were able to spend over 2 hours with Connie P. Both her knowledge and her own personal experiences with the products were tremendously valuable. Not only did she readily answer all of our questions, but she voluntarily offered information that we would not have considered on our own. She made us aware of how the warranty can vary, depending on the product line, and she also pointed out how different lines of appliances can possibly work together, but one needs to consider the finish, the handles, appliance placement (e.g., will they be on the same wall versus on opposite sides of the room). She also recommended getting pricing on several options when designing a complete kitchen, like a higher end package, a mid-range package, etc. (as promotions could make the more expensive brands affordable). The showroom is extensive, and Connie's assistance only made the experience even better!

Just want to share the exceeding positive experience we had. We were recommended to order through Kieffer's from the Wolf/SubZero showroom, and they didn't disappoint. Matt was our salesperson, and he great, knowledgeable and up front. There were some delays due to supply chain (out of their control) but he set realistic expectations from day 1 and continually updated. When the appliances came, they were delivered and swapped out/around (can't remember the guys name but called and found out it was Truck 8). They were professional but also very personable and VERY IMPRESSIVE lifting a 36" stove up the five steps of our front porch! Dante and Adam were our installers, and they were great too. We had a couple of issues with fit (again not their fault) but Dante gave us the info to fix it and everything worked out. Redoing a kitchen is pretty stressful and I'm not looking to repeat any time soon, but if I do, I'd be back there without hesitation.

Great service from sales to installation! We've been using Kieffer's for years after poor experiences with other local appliance stores and big hardware stores.

Worked with us to make sure we got what we needed (whole kitchen appliances) when we wanted it, and helped us with logistics on storage which meant we were able to have everything we wanted ready on installation day. We wanted to make you aware of the outstanding experience we had yesterday with your salesperson Connie Pappas. As our refrigerator has been dying a slow death for a long time, we decided to begin looking for a new one. After many google searches and feeling overwhelmed by the choices and reviews, we decided to visit a number of local showrooms so when the time came, we would know what we want.

Kieffer’s was our first stop. And while we didn’t intend on ordering a refrigerator that day, we did! That is largely due to Connie. She was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. We asked Connie how long she had been with Kieffer's thinking that she MUST be a long-time employee. We were very surprised to find out she’s fairly new to your store and to this industry. Her product knowledge was vast and not just on refrigerators. Clearly, Connie does her homework!

When our dishwasher died a few months back, we went to another dealer's showroom just a few minutes from our house. I can’t express the difference in the experience we had between the two stores and the sales people…it’s why we didn’t go there first this morning.

You have a real gem in Connie. We look forward to buying our future appliances from her. She provided amazing customer service and that makes a huge difference.

Aside from Connie, we found your showroom to be extremely well merchandised with many models on display. We were greeted when we entered and at no time felt rushed or pressured.

I go back to Kieffer’s time and time again because of their top notch service, both at the time of purchase and more importantly, after the sale. Recently the dishwasher they installed for me 5 years ago shifted off the shims they had to use to install it (issues with my floors, not their issue) and all I had to do was call them and they sent someone out to fix it the next day! Service after the sale is so important and Kieffer’s offers that consistently. You could go to a big box store, but good luck getting the kind of service after the sale that Kieffer’s provides. Love them and recommend them to all of my clients as well!

My husband and I renovated our small city kitchen in Fall 2020 - we communicated with Matt Westerfer and purchased a 4-piece GE Cafe appliance set. Matt was super responsive (we communicated via e-mail and telephone) and honest about wait times given our renovation was planned during the pandemic. When our appliances were delivered, we had the BEST delivery team, Jason and Keith. One of the best working duos I've seen in years (seriously, you should request them if you buy your appliances from Kieffer's)! Their upbeat attitudes were truly unforgettable. I was so impressed that I called Kieffer's after our kitchen appliance delivery to let them know how professional and respectful they were of our small city home.

Flash forward to last week when our washing machine kicked the can. Again, I e-mailed and chatted with Matt on the phone, who recommended the GE 650 series (I was debating between GE and LG). We've never met in person, but Matt Westerfer is the best! I was very anxious about the delivery as I explained that our row home cellar has a trap door that the laundry set would need to fit through in order to be installed. Matt assured me that Kieffer's would take care of it and if the units did not fit, I would be able to find an alternative, smaller unit. Sure enough, the Dream Team (Jason and Keith) showed up today and made it work out! Jason and Keith's attitudes and communication skills are superior. They navigated our busy city street and installed the machine without a doubt/complaint (even though it all looked extremely difficult) and we could not be more grateful! We are still waiting for our dryer delivery and we can't wait for them to return! Attitude/Energy is everything! Buy your appliances from Kieffer's and you won't regret it.

Our GC sent us here for all new appliances. We had been a customer for our last kitchen update too. We worked with Conal and are very pleased with his professionalism, suggestions, and communication. The installers were great s well. We went with Thermadore.

I am very pleased with my experience at Keiffer's. I was evaluating dishwasher options which was a bit overwhelming. I settled on wanting a Bosch 300 series. I called Kieffer's having read their reviews and having visited other appliance stores in my area.

Matt W. was very helpful and accommodating. He helped me select the best item within my budget and coordinated delivery asap. The delivery team was on-time and very friendly. I will definitely recommend Kieffer's to friends and will call them back when I have a need. Thank you!!

From start to finish I had nothing but stellar service. Connie with your sales department in the showroom was immediately the one to help both my mother and I was picking the appliances for my personal home to the point purchase and scheduling the delivery and she was absolutely incredibly responsive amazing and friendly. We were originally told that we may not get all of the appliances and full until early next year we were fortunate enough that everything arrived today and one shot. Brendan Jr and Mark were here and I can't say enough wonderful things about them all they were helpful took the time to explain everything to me friendly which goes a long way with me makes all the difference I will definitely definitely be requesting them for services in the future if needed. I would recommend kiefers to anyone and I would specifically asked and recommend people to use the same people that helped us all through the process kudos to you all

Had a Wolf cooktop installed today and it was one of the most seamless operations I've seen in a very long time. Everone from the sales person, to accounting, to logists was spot on. The cooktop arrived at the estimated time as did the installer. The Installer was FABULOUS! Very accommodating, cordial and professional. Did a great job of installing, testing and cleaning up. A 5 star rating was earned. Look nowhere else for your appliance needs.
