I have recently been shopping around for new auto insurance that could provide me with great coverage for a realistic price. Upon recommendation, I was referred to Randy Noel’s State Farm office. I was welcomed with kindness, flexibility, and professionalism by their office manager, Beverly. She was so attentive and efficient in making sure I had the best deal possible, along with a timely response that assured I had a new policy in no time! This office built a positive rapport right off the bat and has been so helpful in my search of a new auto policy. Therefore, I would recommend Randy Noel’s State Farm office in a heart beat!

Randy and Bev have been taking care of our auto, home and life insurance needs for probably nearly 20 years. I couldn't recommend a more astute or attentive team! Responsive, patient, resourceful, friendly, knowledgeable, kind and more every single time we interact, without fail. My husband and I both have auto insurance through State Farm, and we also have our home insurance through them. I've only worked with them on my auto insurance, but everyone there has been very responsive when I've needed a quote, to add a new vehicle to our policy or needed a document emailed to me on short notice. Stefan has been so friendly and accommodating over the last couple of weeks with quickly sending me quotes for coverage on a couple of new cars I'm considering. Every interaction has been a positive one!

We have been doing business with State Farm for our home and auto needs since 1982. Randy Noel's team is great, and while we've experienced very, very few problems, any that we do encounter are resolved quickly and accurately. A truly excellent team to work with. I highly recommend them.

Always so easy to work with. They handle any issues I have without question. I also genuinely feel like they work to try and get you the best rate. I recently worked with Brian on a small mistype on my insurance card, and he took care of it right away. Excellent service.

I’ve been with State Farm for over 5yrs now. I remember getting a call from one of the reps I lived in Brooklyn NY at the time. Crystal started out saying she could save me money on my car insurance but she had the wrong year and make of my truck. So I hung up. Believe it or not she kept calling till I final let her speak and get the info right lol lol lol. Boy was I glad I did!!! I saved over $1100 in NYC that’s big. When I moved to Pennsylvania she introduced me to Randy and his team here. Beverly had that same go get ‘em spirit. Randy called me and I thought wow. This guy knows how to work with his customers. I’m glad I switched from them other guys. State Farm makes you feel that they really do care about you and you are not just a $ to them. Continue to do great business I’m here for the long haul.

My family and I have been with Randy Noel’s office for years. Every interaction I’ve always had with Bev and the team, has always been so easy and positive, even in difficult situations they have always been super responsive. Wouldn’t even consider changing because they are just the absolute best!

I recommend this State Farm Agency, 5 Stars, with no hesitation at all. I've been with this agency for 3 years now and have not even had the thought to look elsewhere. The entire staff is extremely kind and upbeat which is refreshing, they are very knowledgeable and not pushy at all, and are really patient. My main point of contact is Beverly Stuart, who definitely deserves recognition for being so helpful, kind and is always responsive and gets nack to me in a timely manner if not right away. I have never once had to ask her for something twice, she's always "on the ball" and she is always pleasant. This is definitely a go-to agency if you're looking for personable and down-to-earth insurance company to deal with. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My family recently worked with Beverly Stuart, the office manager at this agency. Beverly helped our family through an emergency we were facing. She was an expert in her field, compassionate and so easy to communicate with. I don’t know what we would have done without her help. She is a true professional and an incredible human being. I highly recommend this office.

This has been a great agency to work with. After many years with two other companies, I made the switch to State Farm. Last year I spoke with Brian, and he suggested bundling my homeowners with my auto policy. I didn't realize that SF insured mobile homes, as many companies don't. He took the time to answer all my questions, and came back with a quote that has saved me a lot of money.
Not long after making the switch, I unfortunately was rear-ended. Whereas this is never a pleasant experience, Brian was extremely helpful during the ordeal.
All of my interactions with this office have been positive.

Call around 2 because our old insurance was going up in price. By 5 pm I had a written quote/estimate emailed to me. Fast and efficient! Beverly was really nice and super patient when gathering formation which ultimately helped lower my premium! could not be more happy! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

I have switched companies a few times in the past couple years due to prices. I switched to State Farm for money purposes but have been happy with the service I've been provided. I have been working with Stefan and he answers all my questions patiently and is genuinely easy to talk to. Everyone I have talked to in this office has been so nice and enjoyable to be around.
