LONG TIME OVERDUE. I would like to give a 5 star salute to Mall Auto Service...particularly Mr. Matt. I came in with what I thought was a problem. Mr. Matt could have easily exploited my naiveness and limited car knowledge. He didn't! Instead he told me that I didn't need the work I thought I needed. He said I can do it and take your money but I won't because that is not good business! In all my life I have only had a one hand full of businesses that actually care about the consumers they service and Mall Auto Service and Mr. Matt is on that list. Thank you Mr. Matt for your excellent assistance and money saving advice.

Mall Auto gives the best service. Matt owns the business and is very honest and knowledgeable. Turnaround time for inspection and repairs is fast and the charge for the work done is very reasonable. I highly recommend Mall Auto for all your car needs.

On family vacation from out of state. Leaving hotel, ran over curb, pulled down exhaust. Dragged it to nearest 5 star rated garage.

Matt dropped everything, spent 1/2 hour on temp fix to get us on the road home. Then, to my astonishment, says, "No Charge, I know what it's like, once had family taken advantage of by a mechanic out of state...."

After some negotiation, managed to get him to accept my $$ appreciation.

This is an HONEST, CARING, HARD WORKING, GEM OF A PERSON.

I called last minute and was able to go in immediately and get my rear bumper fixed and looking almost exactly how it was before. Great service and fair, honest price. Would recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic

I had to find a new service station because, although I was delighted with my prior one, things changed and it became more difficult for me to get there. Though I was certain I wouldn't, I got lucky and discovered one that was even better. After AAA was unable to get the right battery, I needed an emergency battery replacement, and Matt was able to fit me in at the last minute and complete the job swiftly and for a very fair fee. There are trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanics!

Matt and his employees are incredible mechanics who take great pride in their work. My mom brings her hummer here and I bring my Audi here regularly for our cars needs and each time we have never had a problem with that part of the car again. Fantastic work and honest with their work, we have been going here for about 2-3 years now. One of the best mechanics in Montgomery County.

I had to find a new service station, I was happy with my previous one but circumstances changed and I wasn’t able to get there easily. I was sure I wouldn’t find one as good but I lucked out and found one even better. Matt knows his stuff, gets the job done quickly, fit me in last minute to do an emergency battery replacement (after AAA wasn’t able to get the correct one), and charges extremely reasonable prices. An honest and knowledgeable mechanic does exist!

I have used many car repair shops in my time, but no more. I will use Mall Auto for any and all necessary car/truck repair service. Matt runs a great business. He is honest, reliable, and reasonable. Have you ever had a mechanic talk you OUT of spending money on repairs? Yeah, me neither, until I started coming to Mall Auto run by Matt Drozd. And he has done it not once, not twice, but three times since February 2020 (a year ago). And from new tires to AC repairs to routine maintenance the cost has been more than reasonable, and the work top notch. So give these guys a try and see if they don't make you feel as confident as they have made me. Happy trails!

Matt is hands down the best. Prices are very reasonable, he doesn't nickel and dime you, and he is great about helping out when you're in an emergency situation (such as me when I had a flat tire an 2 hours before I go to work). I won't go anywhere else to get my car checked. Truly the best!

Matt is great. I recommend this place to everyone. If you need your car repaired and are in the North Wales area Mall Auto is a great place to take your car. They don't overcharge and they give you the information straight. Matt is always happy to explain the repairs and how they effect your car.

Ladies have no fear using Matt and his team for anything and everything for your car! Honest pricing and information with all the bells and whistles to keep you car running and up to speed. Seems like a really nice guy. I was in a situation where I was high and dry with an inoperable car in the lot of his business neighbor, and he was very willing to take a look at my car and try to provide me with some much needed answers. He is still working on my car, but if our first interaction is anything to judge by, I'm confident that his services will be fantastic.

This place is the best. My headlight wasn't working and a bunch of other places quoted me $300 to try to fix with no guarantee that it would work. Mall auto ordered the correct part and fixed it faster than anyone else could and they charged much less. Very honest, helpful and extremely fair. I can't recommend this place enough.

Matt is an amazing guy who is very helpful. He's willing to explain the services that are needed for those who ask. He's honest and does the best work amongst so many different vehicles he gets in the shop daily.

I can't thank this shop enough. I came in an hour before closing, with parts of my front bumper missing. I had gone to three other places who would not help me, but these guys took time out of their day, and help fix my bumper. It looks better than when i bought the car. I can't thank them enough, and will def. be coming back. Thank you!!

The best!!! I take all my cars here and he is able to fix them all. The best part is that he is HONEST. Never overcharges. And tells you what is and isn’t wrong. And will also troubleshoot for free and only charge if he fixes something.
