Highly recommend this company. We live in a townhouse that needs a lot of work. We decided to start with the back doors of our house which were rotting with black mold from rain water that came through. My husband and I were very concerned about the damage, but decided it must be done. We were referred to Touchstone by another satisfied costumer.

The owner, Carl, was very reassuring and professional which put our minds at ease. When he came to our house, he was direct about the condition of our doors and we appreciated his honesty. He explained that Touchstone focuses on the quality of work they do. We can definitely attest to that!

His employees successfully cleared out our mold and installed our back doors in 2 days! We are so happy with the high quality product and care that was put into our home. We can’t wait to work with them in the future!

We discovered Touchstone at the Warminster Home Show. We were impressed with their photos of home renovations as well as the low-pressure, yet knowledgeable, presence of the salesperson.

We contacted Touchstone to remodel our Master Bathroom and Master Bedroom Suite. Our first meeting with Carl, the General Contractor and Greg, the Designer, was excellent. They walked through our home, took notes and measurements. They not only listened to our ideas, but also presented new concepts to consider. We subsequently met with them at their office to review a design schematic that both captured and enhanced our vision for the renovation.

From demolition day throughout the entire project, the team took great care of our home, protected the stairway and cleaned up each day. Upon encountering some hidden structural challenges from the original construction, Shawn, the foreman, spoke with us and presented remedies that maintained our architectural vision.

The entire experience with Touchstone was excellent. Our renovated Master Bathroom and Bedroom suite with a spacious walk-in closet, includes state of the art features, such as a shower that we can turn on from our cellphone and surround sound in our bedroom suite. Not only are we thoroughly enjoying our bedroom retreat, this renovation significantly increases the value of our home.

Touchstone finished our basement. The team was extremely professionally and responsive to our project. Carl, the owner, researched and installed Total Basement Finishing. The team spent much time working on details that we wanted in our project. Our basement consisted of a half bathroom install and reorganizing our layout. We would use Touchstone again for our next home project. Carl and his team were extremely detailed oriented and thorough in our project. We have been enjoying our basement since it has been complete.

We used Touchstone for a major 2nd floor hallway bathroom renovation in a home dating back to 1800 (AD!). This renovation involved replacing:
the plaster walls & ceiling; everything electrical (wiring, outlets, etc.); all plumbing (where some of which had to be moved from their original sourcing locations); installing new tile (both on the bathroom floor & the entire shower); cabinets; vanity & mirrors (added backlighting). Professional painting was also done as part of completion process. Additionally, new ventilation to the outside had to be installed. We couldn’t be happier with the results. First of all Greg, the designer, was very patient & useful, shaping our ideas into the physical after carefully listening to us. Next, the coordination of everything (involving many, many pieces) was timely & the actual construction was done exactly to spec after completing necessary structural repairs (thanks Vlad & Armando). Definitely recommend using Touchstone & will use them again for our next renovation project.

We would highly recommend Touchstone for any remodel project! They turned our older, somewhat dark colonial into a bright and inviting modern home with a brand new kitchen, powder room, lighting and flooring through the whole first floor. We especially appreciate the communication and coordination of the team throughout the project, which ensured efficient project completion with minimal stress and surprises for us

I was very happy with my experience with Touchstone Design.. This is the second kitchen they have done for me. They listened to what I wanted done and were great in accomplishing that. Everyone was wonderful. I would highly recommend them .

Touchstone Design + Build was very responsive and professional from the start with the owner coming out for our initial meeting and final overview of the finished product. They were the only reputable organization in the area to take on a kitchen remodel without doing a complete gut job. In total sink and countertop were replaced and backsplash installed giving us the perfect kitchen for our situation.

Carl and his team rescued my bathroom renovation when the original contractor left the project unfinished. They took up and re-plumbed the bathtub, corrected installation issues in the shower door, vanity and floor grout. They also created a cabinet around a secondary sink in the room, which was a serious challenge in the midst of the pandemic.

We really liked Touchstone Kitchen & Bath after meeting with several other contractors to renovate our small bath and shower. The other contractors were either extremely over-priced or didn’t even bother to get back in touch with us. I guess the job wasn’t big enough for them. Carl, Greg, David, Vlad, and the whole Touchstone team were very responsive to our questions, spent time to help us choose the right material for the job, were professional in their work manner, and provided us with newly transformed bath. The whole experience was great! Thank you for the nice job!

Touchstone did a complete renovation of our kitchen with all new appliances. We specifically chose Touchstone because they had a design service in house. Starting from our initial ideas and inputs they guided us through a number of options and tradeoffs to arrive at a plan that best utilized the available space, with images that accurately reflected the final result. We were kept informed of scheduling throughout and the few issues encountered were both minor and addressed. The construction and installation was precision workmanship and the final look is impressive. The place looks like a different house now and we're happy we did it. Fully recommended.

We hired Touchstone to complete a master bath renovation after interviewing several people. Carl and his team were great to work with during the entire process. He listed to what we were thinking of doing, and what we like and don't like. His Designer, Greg, did a great job of pulling together samples that matched our ideas and goals. One of the more important things to us was to ensure the project moved forward per the schedule. The trades were here as outlined in the calendar, and cleaned up each afternoon when they left. The outcome was better than expected and we were very pleased with the entire process. The team showed good attention to detail and the quality workmanship was evident. We would definitely use Touchstone again.

We used Touchstone K&B for a major master bathroom remodel which included radiant flooring, free standing tub, expanded shower and vanity as well as new fixtures and tile.
We couldn’t be happier with the results! From the owner, Carl, to all the professionals that worked on the project, we have nothing but admiration for their quality of workmanship and dedication. Greg, the company designer was incredibly helpful in steering our ideas into reality and offered his incite and knowledge while listening to our desires.

We engaged with Touchstone for a garage door project, which required major structural work inside the garage. Carl (the owner) was directly involved from the start, providing guidance and full transparency on options and cost. Once the project started, the team was punctual, very professional, and a real pleasure to interact with. They beat their own timelines and stayed within the budget as originally communicated. We will definitely go back to them for future home improvement projects.

Touchstone beautifully renovated our original 1950's master bathroom. Carl and his team were great to work with; everyone was responsive to all of our questions from start to finish and communicated with us each step of the way so we would know what to expect. The design and quality of work is outstanding and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. We would use Touchstone again without question.

The Touchstone crew was fabulous through an extensive redesign of my home! Half the rooms in my house were affected in the expansion of my kitchen and the relocation and expansion of one bath room and the laundry room. The design team was helpful and patient with me as we selected granite, tile, flooring, cabinetry, etc. Everyone worked hard every day of the job. They paid attention to quality and efficiency every second of the day. They cleaned up after themselves every day, leaving everything swept and tidied up each evening. The guys were friendly and professional. The Touchstone team has really upgraded my home. I have no reservations recommending them to you!

I would highly recommend Touchstone Kitchens & Baths. My wife and I had our kitchen completely gutted and remodeled. Carl and his construction crew, Angela in the office, Greg the designer and Anthony the electrician are absolutely fabulous to work with. They are professional, knowledgeable and always responsive even after work hours or on the weekend. They source excellent quality products, their work is top notch and I believe their fees are reasonable too. We absolutely love how our kitchen turned out!

Carl spent a lot of time on the phone, explaining the process and cost options with me. Kitchen remodels are not cheap and the service Touchstone provides takes 100% of the worry off the customer. I now might tackle the project myself however it's nice to know they'll discuss in everything in detail to ensure both company and potential customer is a fit. Thank you!

We hired Touchstone to redo our kitchen and are very happy with how the new kitchen turned out. Touchstone has a very nice seleciton of countertops, backspashes and cabinets. Almost too many cabinet colors to choose from. Asking questions via email or phone always went smoothly and in a timely fashion. They gave us a date when they would start and when they would finish the job. They were accurate on both dates. We would recommend Touchstone to anyone looking to redo their kitchen.

Touchstone Kitchen and Bath did an extensive renovation of our kitchen area in 2016. Looking at their showroom in Lansdale, an old building that they had renovated, we felt that they were equipped to handle our 101-year-old house. This was not just a redo of a kitchen. Greg and Carl worked with us to realize a dream we have had for many years. Eunice loves to cook, so we were looking for a high-end kitchen, but we also wanted a full bathroom and laundry room in what was once a dingy utility room and an outside porch. They were able to accomplish this, and many other things that brought to our first floor a new level of comfort, convenience, and beauty.
Along the way, their team of professionals installed a mini-split system for heating and air-conditioning, radiant hot water heating for the flooring, and numerous changes in the placement of walls, doors, windows, and stairs. They even matched our stucco outside while enclosing the back porch.
Overall, their crew of craftsmen did an outstanding job, transforming our old, obsolete kitchen area into a beautiful, and very functional centerpiece to our first floor. Along the way, they were very accommodating to our needs. We felt in control during the process, because Carl was in contact with us on a weekly basis, and he always returned our calls. We received an education about construction and remodeling, as they were always willing to explain what they were doing and why.
As is common when dealing with older homes such as our, the project took longer than anticipated, due to unforeseen circumstances. They were keenly aware of the inconvenience this caused us and did their best to finish as soon as they could without compromising their quality standards.
We have heard horror stories of kitchen projects that had endless problems after completion of the job. It is a testament to the kind of work that Touchstone does that we had to call them back only once for a issue that only manifested itself the following winter. They responded quickly, resolved it, and we have had no problems since.
We are very pleased with our remodeling project, and have received many compliments from visitors to our home. We highly recommend Touchstone to anyone looking for a kitchen or bathroom contractor who is responsible and responsive.
