I recently visited auto zone in Montgomery location and was helped by Craig and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the level of service I received. From the moment I stepped into the store Craig went above and beyond to ensure that I found the parts for my needs. Their knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly exceptional. Not only did they patiently answer all of my questions, but they also took the time to understand my preferences and budget. Thanks to Craig, I drove off satisfied with my purchases. I highly recommend Craig to anyone in search of a seamless experience. Thank you again for your outstanding service!

So last night as it was raining I was having problems with my wipers. Decided I needed new ones so I stopped here at this location. As soon as I pulled up I notice one of the gentlemen in the rain changing someone else's wipers. Thought to myself any employee willing to do that deserves my business. So went in and was greeted instantly by Curtis and Bruce, who btw are just some of the most amazing men I have met in a very long time. Curtis proceeded to help me and in the rain tries to change my wipers. Well unbeknownst to him none of the wipers fit my Volvo. None of us knew this and you could see the disappointment he had on his face. He kept apologizing for not being able to help me and I was not having that. He went above and beyond and I knew things were out of his control, no need to apologize. The fact he was more upset of not being able to help spoke volumes. Little did Curtis and Bruce know they helped me in more ways then one. You never know what a person is going through so them just being wonderful humans made my day and helped me to let me know that there are still decent people out there. Anyone who needs to shop at Auto Zone make sure it is this Montgomeryville location. I live near a different one but last night something told me to go to this one and I am so glad I did!!!

I showed up at Autozone Montgomeryville tonight at 7:55, and they were closing at 9:00. I had just traded cars with my wife as her battery was toast, died on her way to work, jumped for a final trip to get it replaced. The associate that helped me, Bruce, could have very easily asked me to come back the next day as it was nearing the end of the day. Instead, with a very positive attitude, Bruce spent the last hour of his day fighting with a very corroded battery that he had to literally chisel the calcified acid off the terminal connectors. He was a great help and should be commended for his customer service and positive attitude. Autozone Montgomeryville will be my only stop for my needs in the future, thanks to Bruce!!

Paul & Greg were amazing at helping me find the oil and filter for my car. The store is very organized and clean. I definitely recommend stopping by if you need help finding car stuff 🙂 They even offered to help me carry the oil containers to my car!

These guys in this store were funny and very helpful I bought a headlight they popped it in and I was on my way! My kinda service

I honestly couldn’t believe how helpful the people that work there were. I know nothing about cars and they helped me fix my car on my own for $150. The dealer wanted $250 just to diagnose the problem. I will always go back here.

I was on the way home recently when my low oil level light went on. This is my first car, and I do not know much at all about vehicle maintenance. I came into the store and was immediately helped with everything I needed. Greg H helped through the whole process of what oil to get, where it goes, and everything in between. I would have been lost without him. If you find yourself in the area I certainly recommend this location. Ask for Greg H - he is awesome!

Matt is the best store manager ever. First, he helped me to process my return with great patience as the item I bought over the phone was not easy to trace back the transaction. Second, I bought a power steering pump from the New Britain branch but it turned out to be defective. While that shop refused to refund me the money, Matt helped me to order a manufactured new part with the defective part returned and refunded. Later, my auto shop said the pulley that connects the pump with the car was missing and so I went back to AutoZone. Matt took out a tool box and helped me to pull the pulley out from the returned part with greatest efforts. He's so kind and professional. Matt, I'm so proud of you. You did a great job! You really did me a favor out of a golden heart. You are the best!!! I will highly recommend this shop to everyone who reads this review!

Had issues with a battery and was helped immediately with an employee named Vinny. He was polite, funny and installed a new battery within 5-10 minutes. Checked the alternator for me without asking. Wish more places were as helpful, honest, and straightforward as this specific AutoZone. Keep up the great service! Never one to do reviews but felt like the service warranted it. Thanks Vinny!

Excellent service from Paul. Had no idea what antifreeze to get for my Rav4. Definitely had the wrong one, Paul immediately looked up my vehicle and got me the correct item. Thankful for his patience and assistance!!!

I am often in this autozone location . The entire staff is courteous and professional. I am often helped by Chris , one of sales associates. He is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure things are right with every sale . Chris and the rest of the staff at this location know what customer service is all about. Going to an auto parts store can be a confusing abd daunting experience but this was not the case at this AutoZone. A sales associate noticed me fumbling through the windshield wipers and asked if I needed assistance. As my quick Google search on the way into the store didn't really offer much guidance I gladly accepted her offer. She was kind enough to look up my car and give me multiple options (including 2 that were cheaper then the one I had in my hand) that would work. When we went to checkout they even offered to do the install for me free of charge!

It is definitely rare to get this level of service anywhere in retail these days with the staffing issues everyone is facing, but I was pleasantly surprised recieving it in an industry that has the reputation for ripping off unkowing customers.

Bottom line, forget what you thought you knew about AutoZone. These guys are the real deal. Great prices. Greater service. Greatest staff!

Will mot definitely be going back here for any of my future Auto needs.

Barely limped into their parking lot. They tested my battery conformed my suspicious that it was toast. Then they changed it for me in parking lot. Staff was very friendly and helpful

The battery in my car died suddenly (as they tend to do). Got a jump start and went over to AutoZone in Montgomeryville to get a new one, as I had a great experience with their location in Quakertown for the same thing on a previous vehicle. Same great experience. They tried to test the battery, but it was even too low on charge to test. So we both concluded that it was definitely the battery. They looked up the part, pulled it from stock, and had me pay for it. And because they were going to put it in for me, they waived the core charge. Battery installed in about 15 minutes (maybe even less) from disconnection of old battery to connection of new battery. Competent, helpful, and attentive is how I would rate them. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome. Pepboys, behind them, stopped selling parts a while back. I needed a headlight bulb for my Chevy and a few clips for the cover to my drivers side wheel well. The guy went out a couple times to make sure what bulb I needed. Which was easy to check.... I was just not thinking. Plus it's a Monday. He then checked the clip situation. Nice guy. Good/detailed service. Answered any questions.

I have to commend the staff at AutoZone who took care of me yesterday evening (Tuesday 9/27/2022), especially Paul (Paulie). My battery light came on and I initially took it to their competetor, who just by glancing under the hood of my 2018 Mercedes GLC told me that I needed to “take it to a professional mechanic, it’s too complicated for us”. I called my husband (who was at work) and he told me to try AutoZone instead. I called before arriving and spoke with Paul. I explained the situation to him and he told me to bring my car over and that he will take a closer look to check my battery and see if he could replace it. It was more complicated than expected, but Paul assured me he would do everything he could to help me out. Paul was very patient with me and was very meticulous in successfully changing out my battery. He went above and beyond (and also his coworker, taller gentleman with glasses) in replacing my battery. Thank you Paul and the rest of the AutoZone staff! Sincerly, a highly satisfied customer! Thanks again!

This Autozone has a great staff that will do what they can to help you. They are helpful finding parts and alternatives and are friendly. During one visit I got a screw in my tire in the parking lot and the supervisor Chris took excellent care of me. He went above and beyond to call for corporate support and was able to get me on my way quickly and with a free patch. That deserves a fifth star.
