Amazing customer service at this store. I came not knowing much about the Cricut equipment and Reagan helped me a lot. The store is very well organized and all the employees are very willing to help!

We were having some artwork framed and have had some done in the past. Kent in the custom framing area is very knowledgeable and helpful! We will always recommend him!

The store is incredibly clean and well organized. They had great clearance sales on all Christmas things. Worth checking out to replace or newly invest in holiday decor. They also have self checkout which is awesome although it can feel awkward asking to bypass those waiting for a cashier since it is one line

They have a really great and very helpful and friendly staff here. And they have self-checkout kiosks so you don’t have to wait in a long check out line.

I was looking for a frame for a vinyl and they had it. And they had the stuff for jewelry that I needed. They were able to have everything needed related to arts and crafts.

I was looking for yarn to knit my sister a sweater for Christmas. I have no idea how much yarn to buy for the project and there was only one person working in the area and she was with another customer, and it would be for a while. I asked 2 ladies if they could assist. Yes, they did!! By the time the clerk was free they helped me get a pattern, the correct yarn and amount. I was pleased that the clerk checked in when she finished.

I love Michaels! I just had something customer framed where they did a great job. I tend to buy their wreaths when they really mark them down. My go to store for yarn! I love walking around this store!

Michael’s has improved greatly over the past year, and I think it is due to the excellent new Store Associates. Every time I have been in there, I have had the most friendly and pleasant Cashiers. They always greet me and thank me for coming in. Also, much more, and better stock of products.

Great place for art supplies and pretty much anything to do with crafting. I'm a model car and aircraft builder myself, fairly good selection of items and paints but it's no old school hobby shop. It does have a great atmosphere and the employees are super helpful.

This re-located Michael's was definitely a good choice. It's much bigger in here than the previous location. The store is always stocked and clean, and there is always some sort of sale going on. The woman behind the register was super friendly and we had a short conversation which was nice. Overall, good craft store. You can find what you need and the prices aren't unbearable.

Need To Build Their Jewelry Specifically The Bead Section Up!
