Quick, easy, friendly service! I bought my tires online in the morning and had new tires on my car by the afternoon.

I had the best experience buying tires at this location. Billy gave me so many options before I decided on what I should do. He wasn’t pushy, he just wanted to find me the best deal for great tires whether I bought them at bjs or somewhere else. He even came outside to look at my tires and we decided I only needed 3. They have an amazing warranty. If you are looking for tires I highly recommend bjs at montgomeryville. And make sure you ask for Billy.

Great to shop at this location. A bit different layout but overall, clean business and organized when I go there.

tire center only had one person to handle the front desk, phones, tire changes, and propane customers. The mechanic running the shop was extremely nice and patient with the constant influx of customers, but my car sat in garage with no one working it because of the volume of customers.  This is neither fair to me waiting nor the mechanic who was strecthed too thin.

This tire center is the worst! I don't think they actually do anything tire related here. I've had one good experience with a younger gentleman there that was willing to work and find me a solution since he couldn't help me, but any other time they tell me they can't do anything. I've even shown up and been turned way bc they were going to close in 2 HOURS! Save yourself the stress and frustration and go anywhere else.

They wouldn't honor the free replacement on my battery despite it saying "free replacement" on the battery. It has a 30 month warranty which i was only 2 years into plus I still had the original receipt but they tried to prorate it. Went to the location in Plymouth Meeting and they honored it immediately. Inept management, great technicians though but I won't be returning. Hope they get it figured out.

My father went in to get his tires but was told he could only make an appt online. He's 75 and English is a second language. He does not know how to go online to schedule anything. I found that very discriminating to seniors and bilinguals if all appointments are required to be scheduled that way. Especially if the person there can just check their schedule and register someone in person. I would definitely give a 0 star for customer service in that department.

There's only one guy that runs the tire place, so it can take up to 2 hours to change 4 tires. Also, only certain workers are certified to do this that leave at 4pm, which means between 4pm and 8pm there's no one that can do any work, other than take orders and make appointments. Went to Costco and was in and out in 30 minutes, On a Saturday, no appointment.

I called for a flat appointment, gentlemen ( slacker) told me that they cannot help me today or tomorrow so I asked for an appointment anyway and he politely ask me to call back in two hours - maybe is time for a new sales club

Always short staffed, closes early or no one available to help. Don’t understand how your open until 8/9p but no propane after 5p.

Would not accept battery core if it isn't interstate. Won't go here again, unhelpful management when asked.

Couldn't even get through a phone call to try and schedule an appointment due to poor customer service.
