Metro by T-Mobile

I stopped by this MetroPCS to learn about the service. I was helped by a rep named Alex. He was very knowledgeable about the phones and plans. He took his time and offered phones and plans that fit my needs. Price was much cheaper than everyone else. I was very satisfied with the service I received. I highly recommend!

I purchased a phone from this Metro PCS in the mall and received great service!

They recommended a good phone and offered a unlimited plan that was cheaper than the rest of the other companies!

Answer your phones. Also make a professional message when you don't answer your phones so people know for sure who they are calling and hours would be nice. This is a Metro PCS store but it looks like T-Mobile on the location mark.

I'm an existing customer. I went to see if they had any good deals for us and employee was texting and ignoring us. Then he got up , we asked about deals and he pretty much pointed the cellphones near him and I couldn't understand what he was saying. Not because he was ill or anything I feel he was not having a good day or didn't like his job. Metro if you ask why you are not getting any sales, this is why.
I've worked in retail for almost 17 years and I always made my customers a priority.
Metro take care of your employees or you will lose business.

These guys charged me more than the advertised price of a device on the metro site. Told me they had to sell protection plan. Backed down when I called metro and gave me the proper price

Went there on Tuesday to buy screen protectors, the guy flipped out at me when I peeked at the ones on the counter since I couldn't find the right ones on display. He made me so uncomfortable. And then he kept questioning me if I was picking the right one, i was so uncomfortable I just wanted to buy and leave.

And then, when we get home it turns out we did grab the wrong ones so we went there yesterday to return the wrong ones. And for 3 hours they had the closed, be back later sign.

We're going to try to go there again today but there should be at least two agents on the floor at all times, so if one person has to leave they aren't just closing the store for hours on end.

The worker in there an older lady named Khristian is nice but absolutely had no clue what she’s doing and unfortunately she is the only person in the store. If your going to have someone working a store alone at least make sure they are trained correctly!

SCAM ALERT! I went to the store to open a $30/month account. I was told that I had to open a $60/month "unlimited" account first, which I could then convert to a $30/month account after 30 days. I told the clerk (Alex) that there was NOTHING on the Metro PCS web site which said you had to do that. He insisted, and I paid the $60 (plus $10 for a SIM card, which TracFone charges $1 for, but I needed a Metro PCS SIM). I subsequently called the Metro PCS Customer Support department and they confirmed that I should not have been required to open the $60 account first. They issued a $30 credit to my credit card and started a corporate inquiry into what the Montgomery Mall PCS store is doing. DO NOT PAY ANY MORE THAN THE ACCOUNT YOU WANT TO OPEN! If they force you, get the clerk's name and report them to national Metro PCS.

This store is closed and they need to update the website information 😔

Horrible horrible service it's like a ghetto of metro one manager has no idea what the other one doing district managers laughing at customers and thus company allowed it my service was shut off because they forget to process payment lol pathetic people new owners that got the company are even worse then previous owners those guys were at least respectful do not EVER go to this location avoid at all cost you will be scammed sounds like one of those Russian scams

Stopped by at 11:15 on a Saturday. Not even open on a Saturday? How can you run a business like this?
