Huge thank you by a panicked bride. Had to print a last min welcome sign and the gentleman on the phone (I think his name was Steve) agreed to print it for me late at night 8pm even though he had other things to do and didn’t make me wait until the next morning (my shower) to pick it up.

My five-star rating reflects the store in general, but particularly the professionalism of the pharmacists and technicians. Telephone advice: If you call and need to talk to a pharmacist, let the annoying computer voice drone on for a few seconds, then interrupt and say “pharmacy.” Wait another few seconds and say clearly “speak to a pharmacist," and you will be connected to someone who can either answer any questions you have about medications or give you a detailed explanation as to the reasons why there may be a delay.

There are some reviews posted here which are so far from the norm that they prompted me to take the unusual step of indirectly responding (either to correct factual errors or to explain basic steps to follow to resolve misunderstandings—or hopefully prevent them in the first place for the benefit of whoever reads this. When the general tone of a review sounds angry or the review contains personal attacks, it often contains little or no value to a reader researching for factual answers about a place they are thinking about visiting.

Some hints and recommendations for how to make your experience at Walgreen’s as easy as possible: If you have one or more NON-controlled monthly prescriptions that are on auto-refill or if you request refills online (assuming you have refills remaining on the script), please remember that even if the Walgreen’s web site or app says that a refill will be ready by a certain time, it cannot make any guarantees. You should honestly wait until you receive a second text or email confirming that your prescription was filled successfully and is ready for pickup, instead of just driving over and then getting frustrated when there’s a delay that you would have been aware of if you had taken a 15 second glance at the web site, the smartphone app, or just call and type in your prescription number when prompted.

This brings me to the topic of some of the particularly negative “reviews.” I want to go on record as being offended and even wounded on behalf of the Walgreen’s pharmacists and technicians, some whom I have known for over six years. These people put in a lot of work each day to ensure that you get the correct dose of those tiny pills. Thanks to the pharmacy employees, things DO run smoothly for their thousands of patients 99.99% of the time. Finally, remember that over the course of an entire year, even if things ran smoothly for the rest of the year, that 0.01% (or just under 9 hours) of a year is enough time for something to go wrong—even if no one makes a mistake.

No company is perfect, but I have noticed other big-brand pharmacies (who shall remain nameless) will let staff go somewhat more frequently, so you never become familiar with the names and faces of your pharmacy team.

I've been visiting this Walgreens for about 2 years now. The staff are very friendly and the facilities are well maintained. They follow the CDC guidelines about mask wearing and social distancing. They have a wide selection of products indoors and their pharmacists are well experienced and friendly. Can't ask for much more then that.

Finally getting my Moderna Vaccine shot, my first shot. Have to wait 28 days to get the 2nd shot. The staff here is very friendly and the Pharmacist Brian is super nice!!! He made me feel at ease and it was quick and painless. I’m not a fan of needles and he was so quick. Service was so great I’ll be back for sure for my 2nd shot!!

Great wallgreens. Been going there for a while now. Most of the staff is pretty friendly. The manager Tom is great. It's rare to see a boss actually out on the sales floor stocking stuff, but he puts in work.

So happy I switched to this Walgreens pharmacy. The pharmacists are very friendly and helpful, their customer service is excellent!! The store staff is also very friendly. Highly recommend this location!!

So nice people and kind. They are all ways call and ready for the prescription.

I go there every wk b/c I have scripts I have to fill. The pharmacy employees are great, although they have slowed down a lot over the past few months. If you want to wait for your script & certain pharmacist are there you will wait a long time. Even if you go early in the morning and no other customer is there yet, but other then that I'll never go anywhere else. As far as the rest of the store staff they're awesome, helpful, and very friendly.

Nice place, nice people, clean, organized...easy to find what you need. Alway find what I need quickly, little on the expensive side tho but all in all good place easy to find too. Bonus has a drive threw.

Use photo department at this location all the time. They are great at photo books
