Wow. Imagine a medical practice where , instead of talking to a robot, you connect with real people. From R., who took my appointment and guided me through the on-boarding process, to D., who helped troubleshoot the Teams telemed setup, to Dr. W., who reviewed my case and provided care, I was helped by people who seem to genuinely enjoy their work and their patients. Dr. Weinstein is super nice and took the time to call me just to follow up after I had to reschedule an appointment. Dr. Mushlin was covering for Dr. Weinstein when I ended up with pneumonia and called me the next day to review my xray results and made sure my antibiotics were called in by the end of the day. The rest of the staff there are always very nice and helpful. I never had any issues with my prior authorizations or radiology auths. Definitely recommend their office.

I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care my daughter received from Dr. Mushlin and his staff. In just a few months, they were able to diagnose her condition, a process that often takes a decade. This efficiency alone speaks volumes about their expertise. I was one of the first people infected with a possible case of covid back in early 2020 (no covid testing at the time) after being sick in late January through much of February 2020 I was consistently short of breath and coughing. My primary dr at that time did not understand what was going on.

In 2022 I switched dr's in search of answers and was recommended by my primary dr to go to Dr Mushlin to have everything checked out. It turned out I had developed moderate asthma. From the time of my first visit up until now, everyone has been fantastic. They explained everything to me and got me on treatment that is working. I can happily say my breathing has improved greatly, and my coughing is now controlled.

If anyone is having breathing issues or uncontrolled coughing, I highly recommend going to see Dr muslin and his staff, they can help you breathe easy again!

TLDR: They saved my life, every minute I spent in that office was worth my weight in gold (and I'm a heavy fella).

I've been seeing Dr. Neil and his team for over two years at this point and I found him through a recommendation. I am so happy followed through a recommendation from an Urgent Care nurse! See I got sick during the pandemic, and so there was concen but the tests kept being negative and despite my PCP and other pulmonologists claiming due to tests it wasn't COVID but weren't able to provide answers so I kept getting bronchitis and other pulmonary diseases with no sign of end to rounds of antibiotics and other meds. So I kept getting worse. I went from being a 12hr shift steelworker to not being able to put on pants without passing out. I had gone beyond my disability benefits, on the cusp of losing my job, and my health kept spiraling down and then the recommendation came.

Doctor Neil wasn't certain what was going on with me but his genius effort and the routines (medical therapies and medicines) had me stabilize, so that I could at least talk and laugh again (something that had me passing out before). After that he got to figuring out what was causing it and tackling the issue at the source. A complex diagnosis later and he was the first doctor in more then half a year who not only had me walking and talking but was able to make excellent recommendation for me to recover my physical capabilities. At the worst of it I was over 330+lb and couldn't get out of bed without collapsing, now 270~ I am body building, and my wife and I hike and fossile/rock hunt on the weekends.

Something I'd like people to note is that during the pandemic everyone on the team were working insane hours. This was because the team and Neil never gave up on the patient. There were times my wait time went a little long and it was always because the team and Dr Neil took time to give patients genuine time to understand what was happening to each person walking through their door. In a pulmonologist office during a pulmonary pandemic his team took time to make sure everyone had proper care. From Doreen in scheduling, through Julia at the front desk, and Erine and Taneestar always ready to help with from complex prescriptions to concerns with my condition and symptoms.

My concerns were never turned away once and while some tests and routines were hard to understand how to do and maintain they were there every step of the way to make sure I was stable, and I had a path to recovery. From the simplest sleep study to the most intensive concussive therapy, they made sure I had doors open to my care.

I cannot thank them enough and I have more people to mention, but if you want to trust your life to a pulmonologist office this is the place to do it because they saved mine, and my wife and I will love these people and will be grateful for the rest of our lives.

Originally I wanted to keep this to paragraph, but being so concise would end up being a disservice to the people who save my life during a pandemic!

Dr. Mushlin and team are amazing! Lizzy is so knowledgeable and helpful and the staff is always willing to take the time needed to review your questions and concerns! Truly has been a life saver of a team!

I didn't have to wait for my appointment. The staff and the doctor were courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable.

I am 65 years old and have suffered with asthma and allergies my entire life. I should also mention that I suffer from sleep apnea, which just added to my complications. From the moment I walked in the door and met Marisa, who is the receptionist, I knew I had arrived in a compassionate and efficient office. My appointment was at 7:00 a.m. By 6:59 a.m., I was on the examination table where Daphne, one of Dr. Mushlin’s medical assistants, proceeded to: review my paperwork; take my vital signs; and answered any questions I had. Next, I met Dr. Mushlin, and we talked for quite awhile. He then examined me. After the examination, he stated he had medication that would change my life. After a complete workup, we decided to start the medication. Lisa his medical assistant administered the first dose of the medication and completed all the paperwork I would need to move forward with future doses. By the next afternoon, I had received the phone calls that Lisa said to expect -- I did not have to lift a finger. Lisa managed everything for me. Prior to starting the medication, I was using my rescue inhaler 6-8 times a day, as well as using my nebulizer, and never felt comfortable. I was wheezing constantly and just felt terrible. From the very first doze, I stopped using the rescue inhaler and the nebulizer. Even with the use of a stethoscope, you can hardly hear a slight wheeze. I am now in my tenth week of medication, and I have never felt better. In addition to the great results I am experiencing with my asthma, Denise, a respiratory therapist, has also assisted me with the use of a CPAP machine. I now sleep through the night. My wife has not complained about my snoring, and I am no longer tired all the time. Over the past 3 months, I have called with a number of questions and the Doctor and/or his staff promptly returns my calls. Just today Dr. Mushlin himself called me just to tell me he reviewed my test results and I have an appointment to review things in person so that he can give me a detailed explanation buy reviewing the results and pictures in person.

I trust him so much that my wife is going to see him about her sleeping issues. I am sure she will have the same great results that I am having.

I would recommend Dr. Mushlin to anyone suffering from any sort of pulmonary or sleep issues. You will be thankful you took my recommendation seriously.,
