Staff were great. Great customer service. Explained everything so that it was transparent which I appreciated. Didn't have the phone we wanted in stock so they called all around to try and get it for us which they did and got it done. Shout out to Briana for her doing a great job taking care of us.

All of the workers in the store treated me great and knew what they were doing. Walked in wanting a new phone and was out of the store less than an hour later with no complaints. Will be back with any questions.

Switched back to T Mobile and got 4 new phones. Julia was amazing with getting us all set up, transfered all info to new phones. Not only patient but the loveliest personality which just enhanced the visit. Excellent service and the only T Mobile store we will go to. Thank You!!!!!

This is by far the nicest T-Mobile store I have been to. They are nice and friendly, especially Zeki who's super nice and very friendly.
I like that he goes out of his way to help. Five stars.
