New to the office and so far no complaints! All the doctors have been great and the front staff is so friendly! Which is a breath of fresh air compared to our last pediatric office.
Never feel like a nuisance! Very helpful and accommodating.

I have been bringing my 3 kids here for 18 years. I have always had a positive experience. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I am always able too get an appointment when needed and any concerns I may have are always addressed. Thank you Advocare LP@

Wonderful Pediatrics. Can get appointments pretty quickly. The understand your needs. The Staff is very nice. When we moved to this area I am very glad we found this place for our little girl.

Hardly any wait for a scheduled checkup. Dr. Spear is friendly and efficient, and most importantly easy to talk with. Nurse and Office staff are pleasant and courteous. Office area is immaculately clean and brightly colored - each room is a different color. We’ve been going here for 16 years and it’s been consistently great.

The office staff is so nice. The nurses are the best. And I’ve seen all the physicians and nurse practitioners there with my kids and they are phenomenal. I have nothing but good things to say about them we’ve been going there for many years.

Tess Bigelow has been an amazing advocate for our daughter diagnosed with Kawasaki disease. She was the first one to recognize it as this possible disease and has been helping us with every specialist. We are so thankful for her!

I can’t speak highly enough of Christina Fisher. She has been amazing with both of my kids & listens & considers all of my concerns. She makes me feel heard. When she is not available, the other providers have been great as well. The front desk staff is very nice & we truly do look forward to our visits because we know we’re always in good hands.

Took our son here for the first time and we were overly impressed with our initial visit!! It's so good to find a pediatrician who truly cares about our son and he's not just a number. Very impressed with all the proactive testing we will be doing to get to the root cause of my son's problems. Thank you so much for taking the time and reminding us that we are not just a number!

I have been taking my children here for 6 years now. They’re great with kids. When I need a sick visit they are always willing to help to fit us in. The staff there are very kind and loving. I would definitely recommend this place

I'm not quite sure where to start except by saying I am absolutely devastated to learn that Christina Fisher is leaving Advocare. She has been our practitioner since the birth of our daughter and an absolute saving grace while navigating our way through these passed 15 months. Not even a glowing review can express how excellent she is at her job. Upon meeting Christy you are immediately put at ease by her warmth, kindness and unmatched bedside manner. Her qualifications and clear knowledge of pediatrics is just one of the reasons we chose to stay with Advocare. From our first appointment, Christy was transparent about our daughters health care and always available for questions and support. And as a new mom, she was also the first person to make me feel like I was doing a good job. Finding someone new is going to be a great challenge- as every potential practitioner will unfortunately be compared to the best.

We appreciate their care and attention. We have had a alot of health concerns lately and they are always quick to get us in. They have an evidence based approach which I appreciate and they also listen and address our concerns honestly and kindly . - The Snow Family

Easy friendly front desk staff. The kids needed shots this visit and were quite anxious. Everyone did their best to accommodate the girls requests- bandages or no bandages afterwards, which Princess is on the reward sticker, who got to go first, etc. Dr Spear listened to each of their responses and answered all their questions.

In person sick visits, great doctors who listen, nursing staff available for questions.

We love Christy Fisher . We’ve had the pleasure of meeting all the docs at this office and Christy stood out to us most ! We now have a 1 year old and couldn’t be happier with our pediatrician. Christy is knowledgeable, sweet and sincere .

Dr Lisa Yaranoff is an Amazing pediatrician. She’s attentive, supportive and very resourceful and kind.

I've been bringing my 2 kids here since I first met Dr. Spear in Grand View Hospital when doctors made rounds in the maternity ward. She has taken care of my son, who has just turned 9 and now is also taking care of my 4mth old, who she has had under her care since birth. She has always been nothing, but kind, caring, and respectful at all of our visits. She's never rushed and always makes sure to take time to answer all my questions before leaving the room. She's very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I've been taking my children to Lansdale Pediatrics for over 17 years now and can't imagine going anywhere else. The reception staff, nurses, and physicians are all so welcoming, efficient and kind. Great pediatrics office!

Christy Fisher is incredible! As a new mother, having someone like her - who is also a new mother - to speak candidly with, knowing she will understand, sympathize and not brush off questions, concerns, fears, milestone successes, etc., is so wonderful. The reception staff is kind, the other nurses are also kind and helpful, and the office is clean and cheery. A great family place.
