From The Boot

First time here for me and I really enjoyed the experience. Service was fantastic as we were never left with empty glasses or lingering dirty plates. We started with calamari and a beet salad which were both very good. I followed with the rigatoni with Sunday gravy (photo does not do it justice) and it was amazing! The restaurant was lively and provided a great casual atmosphere.
I will definitely return to try more from the menu!

My meal (carbonara) was wonderful. I have trouble finding dishes in Italian restaurants because I don't like tomato sauce. This will definitely have me coming back. The staff was very friendly also.

Overall really nice restaurant. I was downstairs for a private party. Staff was great and very attentive. My only issue was some of the food was not great but the rest was very good. Eggplant rollatini was dry and very Bland. The penne vodka was amazing one of the best I've had. Caesar salad was also great. The chicken piccata was dry and didn't have much of a taste either. Overall a really great place and I would definitely come back

Had my 50th Birthday dinner in their private space. Service and food were phenomenal! The space can accommodate from 20 -50 people. It has its own private bar and coffee / tea servicel. My menu consisted of a freshly made bruschetta, eggplant rollatini, chicken Alfredo w. broccoli, crab stuffed mushrooms, meatballs and a grilled vegetable antipasto. The Restaurant's G.M., Bob, was friendly and helped me create an awesome event which I'll remember for a long time. 😀 Highly recommend!

We hosted our rehearsal dinner at From the Boot and could not be happier with the experience! From the service, ease of setting everything up and delicious buffet.. we were thrilled! Everyone was raving about what a nice evening it was. We will be back soon.. just with less people ;)

Fantastic staff, I highly suggest the carbonara with Broccoli Rabe. Chicken Parmigiana, Shrimp Scampi and the Tiramisu is incredible.

My daughters 50 th was celebrated there in their downstairs room .We had delicious appetizers and entrees!!! Good drinks too and good service!! Definitely a 5 star place to go !!!!!

The food is amazing here! We had the chicken parm family platter. We had friends over for dinner and it was really good quality food that fed everybody and still had left overs for the whole week. They actually forgot the pasta that comes with the meal but it wasn’t a big deal because we just made some at home. When I told the restaurant, they were ready to comp the whole meal. This just showed how much pride they have in their food and service. They sent me a $25 gift card and my wife and I had dessert there a week later which was also a great experience.

Took the wife for an early Friday night dinner. Food and service was great! The bruschetta is amazing! I had the chicken francaise! 👍😋

From the boot exceeded all expectations. Have been driving past this location for almost a decade and never gave it a thought. I was so wrong. This place is awesome. Had stuffed flounder and grilled vegetable antipasto. The filet was incredible and the decor and layout were far better than imagined. This place is awesome and can't wait to go back.

We got calamari and crab-stuffed mushrooms with house salads. All delicious. Service was good. Would return.

My wife and I wanted a quick bite to eat and just stopped in with no reservations. I just had a meal that was worthy to be from Little Italy. Fugetabouit, this is genuine old-school Italian cooking, and it was amazing. I recommend the rigatoni with Sunday gravy. The seafood is also top notch. Service was also amazing and prompt. Last thing, always order a shot of the lemon cello

This is for the Ambler location. All was very good from the service to the food
The food is all freshly prepared. Nothing pre-done and then warmed. The bruschetta as a starter was very refreshing with the just ripe tomatoes and the seasonings. The toasted bread that came with it just right. Speaking of bread the warmed seasoned rolls that came to the table are a must to use to dip into olive oil. The Stuffed Chicken Saltimbocca was finely crisp on the outside but very tender overall. The Pappardelle Nicola was very rich and creamy. It had a very nice gorgonzola cheese sauce. Both of the entrees are a must try. For dessert the Olive Oil cake and Tiramisu were very nice. The service could not be more on the job. They were very friendly and very helpful with our questions. They knew when to see if we needed anything and when to leave us be. If you are in the Ambler area and looking for a nice Italian meal you must try them. If you are not hungry stop in at the bar for a glass or two of wine (very nice selection) or a drink. This is a must try restaurant.

Went there for a baby shower. Wonderful private room, attentive ( but not intrusive) staff, and delicious food!

Ambler really has so many great restaurants - and this one really stands out! My wife and I dined there with another couple - we loved the atmosphere, the cocktails and the food. Service as OUTSTANDING - the bartender took care of a special drink order for us and our table server was amazing. Everything we ate was delicious - we'll definitely be back!

I have eaten at From the Boot before, just not this location. Since it was a nice night, I sat outside along side their building. The staff were polite and professional.
The good portions were just the right size for the price in my opinion. There was something on the menu for everyone's taste. Since they make their pasta fresh, it might seem it takes a little longer than expected.

I will definitely eat here again.
