Goodwill Store, Outlet Center & Donation Center

This review is only for "the bins" on the outlet side. I resell clothing as a hobby/side hustle, and I thought this bins had a good to great mix of pieces. It was my first time at an outlet store, and I found the clientele was not cutthroat as most resellers characterize people at these places. There may have been one hardcore group there waiting for the bins to turnover, but they weren't pushy people.

There also wasn't anyone working there acting like a drill sergeant about the bins. It felt like we were all adults and knew to take turns at the bins and give the worker space. Everyone was very cordial and the staff person, Karen, was very helpful when we were ready to checkout.

The value is great considering the inflation of Goodwill prices. I got about 7 items (one being a thick wool jacket) for around $12. It's a great alternative to shopping on the store side and paying more, but you do have to be willing to dig and maybe plan to stay awhile. We went on the best day. The weather was warm and sunny for December.

I would definitely return. It felt like quite a journey from West Philly, but was worth the change of scenery in my thrifting jaunts.

As far as thrift stores go when you walk in this one, there is a fragrance in the air, which is a complete pleasure compared to the many thrift stores where it just smells like dust, dirt, & mold.
The store is very organized and seems to be clean. I enjoy shopping here very much. More often than not I leave the store with my hands full.

This is a huge goodwill. There are so many things to go through. Everything from clothes to vinyls and more. The collection of clothes is very large, different sweaters, shirts, pants and more. The store is also very clean and washrooms are well kept. One of the best Goodwills I've been to.

I have only the best to say about Goodwill in Montgomeryville. This morning I accidentally donated my daughters summer clothes. I came back later in the afternoon after realizing my mistake, and was met with the warmest, most caring employees one could imagine. The manager Mita (sp.) and other employees were unbelievably considerate and helpful to help me correct my mistake. Thank you Goodwill. I look forward to continuing to donate to your location with pride (I will make sure I bring the right stuff next time :) )

This Goodwill is well organized, especially for an outlet - there's a regular store (no bins) here too. I usually have good luck in the bins though.

Interesting concept. Surprisingly this store was well kept and organized. The outlet was a good size and not as busy as we thought. Paying for your stuff by the pound is fairl cheap. Got some really good items at a great price.

Outlet Review: Hands down this is the best outlet in the tristate area. I love this place and look forward to coming here. Its never super crowded and the employees do a good job of keeping the shoppers in order. I have seen people do the fill up the cart and dump the stuff they don't want thing, but it doesn't happen that often here. Shoes seem to be individually priced but none are expensive, like $2 to $3 a pair.

Store Review: I don't know if its because the outlet is next door or what but this store is incredibly overpriced, I find that to be commonplace with Goodwill stores that are located next door to the Outlet. Ive been to freestanding Goodwill Stores that are priced better (like the one in Glen Mills PA).

Love this Goodwill! One of the best I have visited. So clean no smell and it is huge they hav everything from clothing to furniture and household items. I drive all the way from south Philly by Temple University to go here, if they were close to me In would go there every day 🙂

I needed some new shirts today so I hit the Goodwill store in Montgomeryville. I always find some gems there and this was no exception I found three super nice shirts good quality in good condition and stuff you can't find it in any store. The crew that works there is great. And I would like to thank them for their service to the public in this pandemic

I shop at the outlet three days a week. I always find good things to sell on ebay and mercari. The staff is friendly, respectful and helpful. The regular customers know each other and we treat each other with respect. I love the bins and it is key to my business model.

Lately I’ve been seeing some really good deals here. Prices have come down quite a bit, and they usually have something good on the shelves. The outlet center is usually neat to dig through too.

I called this location today regarding donations and the staff member was very professional and friendly on the phone. I find those qualities difficult to find in most stores in general. I've been to this location once before and it was clean and organized by color. It also didn't have the odd smell of your Grandmother's basement like other consignment stores.

Standard bin outlet. Lots of above average finds. Eft my Samsung S22 Ultra cell phone at register. When I called (upon realizing and before I even made it back to the hotel) the manager, Scott had it in hand and answered it. Thank you Scott if I'm ever in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania again you can bet I'll stop in and spend some of my money with you!!

Huge convenient parking. You find good deals and sometimes you got amazed how treasure can be placed in one of their shelves. Personally, I bought amazing items with very cheap prices. I love the ambient too...

INTERESTING. If you are OCD regarding organizing, do not enter the outlet center. 🤣 It’s all thrown in huge bins and sold by weight. It was a fun dig!!!
Next door tho, VERY ORGANIZED. Largest goodwill and biggest selection I’ve seen.

Not just the best Goodwill I have ever been to, but honestly one of the greatest stores. Period. It is clean. Well organized. Great selection. Friendly helpful staff. Love this place.

This is the cleanest and best Goodwill store I have ever been to. Much better than the ones in my area. I would gladly take the 1 hour drive to shop in this one.

Was nervous to go to the outlet part since people have told horror stories about other locations. This location is really nice and I was super happy about my experience. There is an outlet half and then a regular goodwill half. There's also a donation center. The outlet isn't too crowded and is super cheap. All the clothes and textiles are mixed together on big bins so you have to dig and take your time to look at everything. But it's fantastic as a college student to pick up clothes and items for my apartment that are super cheap. They have a lot of mall brands like Hollister, walmart, and Kohls and vintage items. The traditional goodwill side is super organized and clean. Nice variety. Lots of books and household items.
