Excellent product, we have two other types of 02 concentrators but theirs is by far the best. I just added another external battery and service was fast and customer service was great, highly recommend them.

Got what wanted to get, when I wanted to get it, without a hitch in any of the simplistic steps. I'll be using Precision Medical, Inc. again very soon.

Update: March 30-31 I paid a deposit and picked up an oxygen concentrator made by precision medical inc. Sold by AllMed equipment in Cottonwood, Arizona.
It quit working November 30, same year, 2022. I nearly suffocated to death driving with it plugged into my car’s 12v 20 amp aux power output. Next day, All Med says the only way to get it repaired is to drive 20 miles and drop it off at their Cottonwood, AZ store.
I dropped it off at AllMed December 2/2022 and waited.
Hearing nothing from either AllMed or the manufacturer, today, January 6, 2023, I called AllMed asking why it hasn’t been repaired. They told me it’d be another 3-4 weeks. They’re “waiting on the factory.”
So I called the factory. They didn’t have the concentrator. “AllMed had just called” them today, January 6, 2023.
Yeah, after holding on to my overpriced Oxygen concentrator for over 5 weeks, AllMed finally decides to make me another promise they’ll ship it to the factory. Would you believe them.
So, all I can blame Precision Medical Inc. for is choosing AllMed to sell their machine. The service rep said he was a palled hearing about their customer service. I’m going to upgrade their rating for being honest with me.
As for AllMed, they’re Cottonwood, AZ’s only show room in a city with many retirees having health challenges.
AllMed illustrates why local stores lose business to Amazon. I bought another 5 liter per minute on Amazon as a backup. It was less than $700 delivered. The EasyPulse 5 worked better than the Amazon brand. A big plus is that it came with an extra battery that gave me longer service traveling. Ya gotta have enough oxygen so I feel better traveling with Precision Medical even though their distributors in Sedona area pooped the bed in this transaction.

The woman at the front desk is one of the rudest faces of an organization I have ever had the displeasure of meeting and interacting with. It is rather shocking that an organization like Precision would employ someone like this.
