My review is a year in the making. July 2022 from the time Dyanna called me to lower my car insurance, I instantly became a Meadowcroft customer. Lowering my previous car insurance with the utmost professionalism. Every agent within the company I have spoken with has the utmost customer service. I wish I knew of Meadowcroft sooner. I had the best experience with my new agent Andrea Stewart. She couldn't of been any nicer and patient with me. And she saved me so much money and I have more coverage than I ever had before. I was quote shopping for my boyfriend's vehicles, and I was getting absolutely hounded by agents trying to sell a policy, calling anywhere from 7am until 10pm, and some being rude when we didn't purchAse a policy, but then on my voicemail was the kindest voice, so calm and collect, not talking on a frenzy, and then I spoke with that kind voice, which was Lilly. She gave me an awesome quote, didn't blow up the phone, and went far and beyond my expectations To make sure I was taken care of.
