Just leaving this store and have never had such a pleasant experience with a young man that was so informed and went above and beyond. Josh, (ginger hair and beard) looking forward to working with you in the future. You have no idea what a gift your expertise and demeanor were to the two of us in the midst of pre Christmas insanity.

Customer service representative Troy was very professional and friendly. He was a tremendous help with my mom terminating her service with Verizon. Nothing bad against their service but she was stuck in a very expensive plan by an authorized Verizon retailer. Thank you Troy!!!

Possibly the smoothest visit I've ever had. They got me the phone I needed, had everything migrated onto the new phone quickly. Usually my experiences have been 3 star and below, but this time worked well.

UKA WAS AMAZING!!! I had issues with my phone and leaving the next day for a long vacation. He took care of all my needs and even helped me upgrade along the way! No question saved my trip and sanity!!!

I came here with three other people to get onto a new phone plan. We were all coming from different plans and carriers and the two employees who helped us (John and Damien) were wonderful. We were here for literally a few hours due to our own confusions and they were so patient and helpful. John literally helped us through every step because we have no clue what we are doing. 10/10 rating for John.

Derrick was amazing!! I spent a few days and went to a few different stores trying to solve issues with getting a phone. Once Derrick heard the issues he was able to quickly and efficiently solve the problem. It was such a relief after many poor interactions prior to coming in that he was able to assist. Overall, great experience at this Verizon store!!

Justin Kalb was our sales consultant.He was very professional and was able to troubleshoot when he ran into a glitch with Verizon to ensure that we got our phones functioning properly.
Also sales consultant Adrian Reyes was also helpful in locating my pix when I thought they were gone. I will refer this office to friends and family.

Went to your Verizon store on Rt 309 and the young man, Troy waited on me. I'm a senior citizen and he was very professional and patient with me. Was very happy with the service he provided me and took his time answering my questions and explaining everything I wanted to know. Thank you Troy you did an excellent job 👏

Great experience,, highly knowledgeable staff. Took time to explain differences in brands that they carry pro and cons to insure we got the right phone to meet our needs. The only draw back was that they no longer transferred information from old phone to new one but provided a point of contact to assist in walking us through it. Very satisfied.

Had a great experience setting up a new phone I got on Amazon Prime Day. I was nervous to lose things as I've always purchased new phones from the store. Derrick made it real simple showing me how transfer all my data. Love my Verizon!!

My wife and I were in there today (June 18, 2016) and after reading all the negative reviews were bracing for a long, arduous and unpleasant experience picking up her new phone bought online.

But guess what, we in and out of there in 10 minutes, the staff was very helpful and the phone was sealed bagged up and ready to go. It was actually one of the more pleasant experiences I've had at a Verizon store which can sometimes be worse than the DMV.

I go out of my way to go to this store. They always know how to fix my problem and always look to the best way to save money on my account. Yes, sometimes the wait is long, but there is a reason for it. They personnel are attentive and well informed. I have tried other stores that say Verizon Retailer-- they are awlful!!! These people are the best!

Needed to get my new free 5g SIM card for my Pixel 5a. Got it quickly and easily from worker (which was extra important because a tornado was coming that day). Super friendly.
