Very friendly staff, made the whole experience easy and explained all of our questions in details. The trucking process for registration and insurance can be a difficult task with paperwork and necessary documents always needed, but here at Solano Consultants they are very knowledgeable about apportioned accounts and commercial insurance. They’re knowledge and expertise definitely made our day a whole lot easier than previous places we have dealt with. I’ve handled my Auto policy with this agency for a very long time and so did my parents. Alaín and his team have done an amazing job throughout the years. Now that I have commercial policies I visit the Broadway office more often and Jackie also goes above and beyond to get anything solved when it comes to claims, questions, changes. She follows up with everything and if it can’t be done she’ll let you know. Nothing is left in limbo and I truly appreciate it.
