HNL Lab Medicine

This particular experience wasn't phenomenal as the newer girl had to dig around to find my vein after she stuck me. But, I've had so many great experiences here that I couldn't give less than a 5 star review. Nearly every other staff person has been wonderful and even gotten to know our family. They're quick, accurate, efficient and clean.

WOW. Quick, easy, painless.Walked into an unmanned reception area, checked in via the tablet device. Sat down for maybe 3 minutes and watched some TV to learn it was National Mushroom Day. My name was called, i was escorted back to a private procedure room were my name and type of test were verified.Sammy was my phlebotomist, she was no beginner and the stick was painless. I was out the door in minutes and on my way home. Test results notification arrived via text message and was able to see my results just an hour or so after the draw.

The ladies that work here have all been great . My wait have been minimal. My last blood draw was a student that asked permission. She was awesome too.

Great and friendly. The staff clearly know what they are doing. I will only be having blood work done here from now on. Thank you for making this process as stress free as possible.

Very quick and friendly. My veins are hard to find, but they always do and I barely even feel it! Great staff!

Went there this morning for some routine blood work. I was taken back within minutes of arriving! I don’t love getting bloodwork. The phlebotomist was awesome. I didn’t even think about it! Will definitely go back

Average wait time. Technician was patient and accommodating as my daughter is a difficult stick. Went over instructions and answered questions...was polite, friendly, and showed great customer service.

Went in on my way to work and got taken care of right away. Was in and out in about 5 minutes. I usually have issues with pain from needles, but I didn’t feel it at all when it was put in or taken out and no problems later on in the day. Definitely will be returning when I need to get blood work done in the future.

Really quickly and not to busy inside.
Nice people and really good about covid guidelines.

It' was fast and friendly. Also it is close to me as well as an 8 minute drive.

Like most modern outpatient lab work offices in area, upon entering you interact with a touch screen tablet, enter basic info and if preferred you can enter your cell number so you can wait in your car and they'll text you when ready. At the time of writing,This location in Northampton Pa does not do covid 19 testing. It was quite busy but I only had to wait about 20 minutes to receive text. Phlebotomist was friendly and skilled. It was a quick and painless experience that took all of 5 minutes once I was with phlebotomist.

I have come to know all the phlebotomists here at this HNL lab site and they are all wonderful, kind, compassionate and always treat you the way that you want to be treated.... they do not rush you and if you have questions they explain everything to you until you understand. I would recommend this site to anyone I know. I give these phlebotomists an A+++++++!

Went in for blood work this morning and the staff could not have been nicer. They are always caring about making sure they are not hurting you when they draw blood. I wouldn't go anywhere else for blood work. :)

Can't say 2 much about a place that performs lab work 4 the human body. Spotless, as required, an inviting waiting area with easy, remote check-in, and competent, thorough staff at each work station. Parking is more than adequate and cleared in spite of recent snowstorm.

After signing in, only had to wait less than a minute. Girl who took blood was very courteous. Love the location and hours are great.

I go no where else for my lab work. It's always in and out. The girls are wonderful and so funny! They make your lab work go so easy. Absolutely love them!

The staff were very kind and polite! The whole process took quicker than I imagined it would be. I'll definitely go there again!!

Always a very good, quick process which is nice. My family has been going to them for many years and we have never had any problems.

They are very nice and you don't have to wait long at all.

Always professional and they all seem to have great aim. Much appreciated. No digging for a vein or artery. Great!
