Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

Our salesperson Christopher B. was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything went perfectly from the time we walked into the store to final delivery. The delivery guys were efficient, quick and friendly. I am extremely happy with this purchase and how everything was handled.

We had a great experience at Raymour working with Jon Loring. We were looking for a bed for my teenage daughter, and needed certain requirements as well as staying withing a specific budget. Jon took his time showing us each of the beds that would fit our needs and was honest on pricing. My daughter loves her new bed and it fits like a glove! We will be back to work with Jon for our next furniture purchase!

I'm couldn't get to the store due (long story). My R&F sales rep did a great job of guiding me to the product that I needed. I couldn't have done it without her. She knew the product line, was responsive and helpful. Overall great experience. Really like the purchase.

Recently purchased and had delivered a new dining room set. Couldn't be more pleased ( see photos ). Our goal was to find a new dining room set that looked like more than we paid.... In other words...rich and classy without the price tag. Mission accomplished.

Our exeperience at the Whitehall store was good. We were greeted and assisted by "Sonya" upon entering the store. Sonya was professional and assisted us in our selection .The transaction couldn't have been any easier. Delivery was seemelss as well. Showed up on time and the delivery crew was pleasant and professional.

Greeted upon entering store. Helpful with no pressure to find furniture desired. Sophia Baez was excellent answering ALL our questions, finding options and very efficient handling details for purchase. Checkout was a breeze!!

The purchase was great! Zack was the salesman helping us and he really listened to what we were looking for and took the time to answer every question that we had! He was not pushy and had done his homework about the various options that we had available. We are looking forward to enjoying our new mattress for many years to come.

While we were first to enter the facility, sales personnel did not overwhelm us but simply offered help in getting us to the right areas.
Our first contact was able to direct us to the specific items we wanted.
Sale prices were acceptable and the product was purchased quickly.

Easiest furniture shopping experience ever! Nati listened to what we were looking for - directed us to our two best options. Found the perfect sofa in less than 20 minutes - and a lovely end table as well! She was awesome and wonderful to work with. If you are in the market for furniture - you need to shop at Raymour and Flanigan and ask for Nati!

The salesman that helped me, Walter, was very knowledgeable about the inventory they had, and very helpful finding what I needed amongst that inventory. They worked with me on price and delivery cost and dates. Very accommodating. and they had a large selection to choose from. I would certainly recommend this store if you need any furniture assistance.

I called and was blessed to be answered by Sonia in the Allentown store. She explained she could help me with my online order. I gave her the SKU numbers she even walked around the store to show me in stock dining room sets so I wouldn’t have to wait for the special order set. She was very knowledgeable, personable and patient. I appreciate all the work and support she provided to make sure I had what I wanted for my new apartment on move in day. I’m super excited for my purchase.

Mark was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and NOT pushy. He was patient and a very nice person. After our purchase was complete, I stayed to browse other items of interest. He answered my questions, allowed me to just walk around on my own. He came back once to see if I had any questions, I did, he answered them and once again I went about browsing on my own. Pleasant experience.

I am so excited about our 2 new recliners that we purchased from Raymour and Flanigan. We had a great experience with the sales man at the store on Monday and they were just delivered 3 days later! The delivery guys were fast and friendly. I am excited to go home and relax!

This by far the best experience I've ever had! That was largely, if not entirely due to our sales agent, Mark Braadt. I told him what I was looking for and we went right there. He showed me the items that met my needs and didn't try to sell me what I didn't want! He was very knowledgeable about the products and promotions and most importantly friendly and engaging. He also really knows how to close a sell.
I'll back because of him. Ok the furniture too.

The service was outstanding. We inherited a kk g die bed with no frame and Jonny helped us pick out a wrought iron frame. The delivery was on time as promised and the service was excellent. They put the frame on the bed and did a great job!

Great showroom, Marilyn and Sheldon were fantastic. Marilyn took the time to find the perfect comprise of what my wife wanted in style and what I needed for back support. Marilyn was incredible and I will definitely be back for any future furniture needs.

Valerie was very helpful and low-key. She gave us time alone to look at the furniture and discuss our needs. When she came back, she had some pricing information and possible upcoming sales that would save us even more money. I recommend her And Raymore and Flanigan highly

I posted the below review and someone at Raymour and Flannigan reached out to me, informed me that one of the Managers who I spoke with originally was no longer with the company, apologized and then offered a return AND they picked it up at my house. This is a complete 180 degree turn around and I am incredibly happy with the end result of this. Thank you for caring about your customers! From 1 star to 5 star, thank you!

Unfortunately after being a customer for about 6 years here and spending likely close to $10,000 I have to leave a review. I recently spent over $2000 on a few new bedroom pieces, the delivery guys came and were fantastic in keeping my house clean in the snow, and being very quick to set everything up. Once they left I went to put my mattress on the bed frame and realized that all 3 pieces were just slightly too big once the mattress was on the bed, the night stand and top part of it were a little too big for the room. I immediately called the store no less than 30 minutes after they left and spoke to a male manager I believe named Chris about bringing the $500 night stand and cap back to the store. He said normally they dont allow returns but may be able to apply store credit to which I said would be great as the night stand has no place in the bedroom and is really just sitting in the hallway. Small note, this unit is BRAND NEW and still has the tags and stickers on it, it would be a very easy small problem to remedy. Fast forward to a week later and I had no follow up so I called again. This time I spoke to a female manager who again said something similar but seemed less willing to help and ultimately never called me back either. I guess this place just doesn't value their long term customers enough to help out with a relatively small issue. I won't be coming back and I suggest you look elsewhere for furniture as this ordeal was very unnecessarily irritating and it's a huge turnoff considering how much money I have spent here.

Marilyn and Sheldon were amazing to us. We were shopping amongst different furniture places and we loved the ones at this store. Very respectful, knew their furnitures and overall a great experience.

PSA to parents - they now carry crib sets in store!! Went in today and was quickly helped by a great associate, Jesse. He was super excited to show us the nursery furniture that had just arrived. We were able to get a great deal rather quickly on a crib and dressers. Do yourself a favor and also check out their rocker glider chairs that recline! Perfect for those late night feeds. Jesse was great to work with and we can pick up our purchases later this week!

We had a phenomenal experience with Chris Buddock! He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He showed us a wide range of mattresses and bases, and gave us time to ask questions and weigh our options. We didn't feel rushed and left with a bed and pricing we feel great about. Thanks!
