Rose was able to get me help for my hearing. I am so happy to be able to hear. I did not know how much I was missing. I was not socializing anymore. It has changed my life.

I finally decided to get hearing aids and went to Miracle Ear in Northampton. And I wish I would've gone sooner. Rose was the best! She was thorough, extremely informative and so helpful. She listened to what I was saying and what I wanted. She guided me to the perfect choice of hearing aids that would work best for me and were within the guidelines of what I wanted and didn't want. I went back this morning for a follow up and no adjustments were needed since she did such an excellent job of setting them up for me the day I got them. And she downloaded the app on my phone for me as well the day that I got them. Rose has been so patient and kind. What I thought was going to be a big disappointment turned out to be a huge success! And it's all because of Rose. She is the best. Without a doubt I will be recommending her to everyone I know. Thank you Rose! Job well done!

Highly recommend. My elderly mother was very unsure and nervous prior to coming in and the entire staff made her feel comfortable and at ease. Rose is highly competent and very gentle she explained everything so clearly and is always helpful, informative and accessible. My mother now looks forward to coming in for her follow up appointments. The staff is warm and friendly and go out of their way to follow up with her and happy to answer any questions.

My husband purchased his Miracle Ear from Rose in Northampton Pa 2 weeks ago after recommendations from his sister-in-law and a friend who both have Miracle Ear and are very happy with them. I have had my Miracle Ear hearing aids for 2 years and have been very pleased with my results. From the beginning, Rose has been very attentive to my needs and very caring and personable during my appointments. I would highly recommend Rose and Miracle Ear.

I have been wearing my aids for several years and recently upgraded. The aids are very comfortable to wear and easy to charge. No need to keep charging and replacing batteries, just put them into the charger overnight and into my ears in the morning. Rose has been very helpful with hints on how to easily wear the pieces and keep them clean. Rose makes sure that the units are cleaned, adjusted and in good working order during my regular visits at the Northampton, PA location and accommodates any needed visits in between.

The hearing aids work well and that has been a great experience. But more importantly, Rose has been very quick to respond to concerns and to maintenance issues as they came up. My experience with Miracle Ear in Northampton has been stellar.

I was in need of emergency attention for my left hearing aid. I had the aid adjusted recently and needed it fine tuned. My usual audiologist, who will remain unnamed, was unavailable to fix the issue. Rosie DiFranco to the rescue, I went in after calling and Rosie fixed me up and had me on my way. No fuss no muss, Rosie and Paul are the best audiologists one could hope for. The have always had my back, and I trust them both.
