I give them a 5 * for their customer service. USPS decided I didn't exist and returned my purchase. Diana was most helpful in the refund process. I reordered my purchase with hopes that I will receive the package this time. This was most definitely a case of USPS doing the very bare minimum to ensure the delivery of the very thing that pays the bills.

Love this company! I ordered the wrong color equipment since I am colorblind and it didn't coordinate with what I had. I sent customer service a quick email. No sooner had I returned the item and the replacement was at my door. That's impressive!

Fair warning, I've never been helped by the people here, but did some IT work for them. The staff seem incredibly friendly and enthusiastic about their work.
