When I found out my dad had cancer and I had to move him from PA to NY I had no idea how to even begin to go about selling his house. Luckily his lawyer recommended Robin because she knew and handled everything! Since I was 3 hours away and didn't know the area she found a cleaning company to come in for me, picked up the mail and brought it to the post office while I was in the process of changing addresses and took care of all paperwork and showings. I would just have the occasionally esign things and we closed in less than a month. She took a stressful situation and made it totally tolerable. She was amazing!

Thee nicest most patient realtor Ive ever delt with. Brian Walker answered every question I had with ease and confidence. We had a previous realtor who tried to convince us to sell our home for $110,000 and we bought our home for $155,000. But Brian came to our rescue and reassured us that he could sell it for more and he did! Brian got us over $60,000 more for our home then the previous agent and he did all of this in less then 60 days. Everytime I called or texted Brian he responded right away making us feel comfortable and that he cared. Brian stood his ground when the new buyers tried asking for more things and he always kept our best interest in mind.
