The staff in the pharmacy are courteous and friendly. Unfortunately since rite-aide customers are there, the staff is overworked, and they need to hire people for the pharmacy. I was on hold for a hour and twenty minutes. The lines are long, but still the staff is very patient. I will always be a loyal customer to the pharmacy, they help me out with questions and anything I need. Please Walgreens, hire some more people. Thank you Robin Geiger

Chris, who was working in the photo department, was extremely helpful and nice! I was unsure of how to get the correct Christmas cards that I wanted printed and he helped me through the whole process! Even though my order was a pain in the butt he was professional and kind throughout the whole transaction!

The way I was attended to at the pharmacy exceeded all of my expectations. I was in a super long line to get anti biotics for an very bad upper respiratory infection, and I was visibly unwell, coughing and feverish. The line moved fast even though they were clearly short staffed, and when I got to the front I had to give her my ID for info because I was so hoarse I couldnt speak. I didnt have insurance, so she took it upon herself to qualify me for discounts, sat me down and gave me a mask, and expedited getting my prescription filled, all while disinfecting everything I touched to receive the next customer. I wasn't offended, she was doing her job and did it very well. She showed genuine concern for me and all the customers, and it showed. All while handing a busy line with a short staff. I'm mad I didnt ask for her name, because I dont often write reviews, but her actions are absolutely worthy of mention.

I received such great customer service today from the pharmacy drive up window. I came to pick up a prescription for my dog but needed to grab a product from over the counter but I had just picked up my dog from the animal hospital and she was in a great deal of pain in the backseat of my car. Greg from the pharmacy helped me out by providing the over-the-counter product at the same time I was picking up my prescription. For someone who has health issues herself, and having the pet with issues at the same time, I can't thank Greg enough. I wanted to leave him some cash to buy his lunch as a thankful as I was so grateful for his customer service. Unfortunately he had to decline due to company policy but thanked me.
It's hard to find good customer service nowadays so I wanted to leave this review in hopes that Greg will be recognized by Walgreens for his outstanding customer service and for the little things that help out people in such a big way.
He performed such a kind act in at a time that was difficult for me and I'm so very grateful.

Had to go here Since no other Walgreens were open 24 hours but since it was Christmas Eve the pharmacy was open to 11 luckily we got there at 9:00 p.m. just in time to beat the 11:00 p.m. closing of the pharmacy.

I haven't been to this Walgreens before.
There are so many items here and rows of Different departments a you to make a Min to this fully stock shelves
The store is clean and well maintained.
The workers were helpful and polite.

At first it was a small screw up with printing from online but Lashira and Dhbani both came together and helped fix the printing error! At first the wedding activity books came out all black with no wording. With the USB drive I brought to the store they figured out how to get the corrected print at no charge. It only took a little bit of time. There expertise and patience really came through as I needed the booklets for tomorrow's wedding. Again HUGE Thanks to both store associates/ manager... awesome help and knowledgeable.

It isn't necessarily true. Easton on this side of town isn't glamourous, but inside Walgreen's is well lit, clean and organized. I was in at about 1am and they were doing inventory and still helpful. Was about to get the coolant that i needed for my car. Useful little place.

I love how someone always greets you when you first walk in... The store is always well organized and the staff is very pleasant... Some of their stuff is a wee bit expensive but they always have good sales... I love their reward points and have saved a lot of money by using them... There is never a long wait time to have a prescription filled or when you pick up your prescriptions... The pharmacist is always available and helpful if you have questions...

Always helpful for a busy place. They are doing their best! If your in a hurry to go some place then come back later or have your pcp call in the scripts since they are open 24hrs 365 days a year. How Great is that!! 🤩

Large store with ample parking, in a good location. The entire store is open 24 hours, even the pharmacy, which is above other drug stores in the area. Quick and easy customer service.
